Aleyna McKenzie has always dreamed of making it big as an actress. Lately, it seems like her goal has become unreachable. Her auditions haven’t gone well, money is running dry, and her car is on the brink of breaking down. When she is cast as a stand-in on the network tv show Devastation, she’s fed up with the film set guys hitting on her. Then Carson Peters, a well-known player in the world of Hollywood hotties and the male lead of the show, hits on her, too. But despite her attraction to him, she rejects him. When Carson discovers her with a broken-down car, he offers to give her rides to the film set. Before long, they are spending more time together, and he begins asking her out. A seemingly uncorrelated death of a child becomes an attack on two businesses that brought forth unwanted attention. It reveals how corporations can truly neglect their surroundings and the safety of citizens without remorse. In the quaint town of Woburn, Massachusetts, the death of Anne Anderson’s son due to leukemia quickly transformed from a personal tragedy to an extensive lawsuit. Anne Anderson approached Jan Schlichtmann, a personal injury lawyer, to tackle the case. From the beginning, Anne makes it clear that she does not want money, she simply wants an apology.
Clemmie Sue Jarvis, an elderly vivacious pig farmer and longtime resident in the farming hamlet of Wrongberight, Virginia she heads south on Grayson Road, late Saturday afternoon. As she drives down the narrow two lane county road, she likes to pretend that she is Danica Patrick on the final lap at the Daytona 500. The checkered flag in sight, her petite foot has the pedal to the metal and her Chevy reaches 157mph. In reality, her rusty Chevy pickup, held together with hairpins, bubble gum, and duct tape, tops out at 30mph.
My great-grandfather Vincenzo negotiated Prohibition by fermenting two barrels of wine a year. It was perfectly legal, he insisted. Vincenzo was lucky to be a New Yorker. In her fine history of Prohibition, “The War on Alcohol,” Lisa McGirr, a professor of history at Harvard, shows us that a poor Italian in Illinois or a black man in Virginia might very well have been jailed, shot or sentenced to a chain
Greg Olsen is entering his fifth season with the Carolina Panthers and become the most underrated tight end in the league in my opinion. He has no doubt become old reliable for quarterback Cam Newton to play breaks down or he just needs to find his rhythm. Olsen is coming off his best year as a pro with 84 receptions for 1,008 yards and six touchdowns that productivity resulted in his first Pro bowl selection. 2015 I predict much of the same especially with the loss of Kelvin Benjamin and the sudden inexperience at the wide receiver position. Thank you Chicago Bears for giving us one of the best tight ends in football much
Jennette was only a kid when her mom pushed her to do acting even though Jennette did not feel comfortable acting. “ “So what do you say? You want to act? You want to be Mommy’s little actress?” There’s only one right answer.”
Bonnie Docherty does not support the idea of using robot for warfares due to moral issues. She states :”It would undermine human dignity to be killed by a machine that can’t understand the value of human life.”. She also convokes the ban on the use of robots in war “before humanity crosses what she calls a moral threshold.”. She emphasizes how these machines will completely change the way of war like what gunpowder and nuclear have done. Thus, she worries about what these machines are capable of doing and who will take the responsible for war

In life some feel the need to prove something to others. That they are better, stronger, or even more intelligent. Whatever the case may be people will go through extreme measures to prove themselves. But who do we really need to prove anything to? Is it our parents?
In January of 2016, Jonathon Nicola told the media he arrived in Ontario after fleeing the violence in South Sudan. What the gifted 6-foot-9 high school basketball player didn 't reveal was his age. According to Windsor Star, Nicola is actually 30 years old man posing as a 17 teen-year-old. Chris McCandless was in his early 20’s, he was the kind of that guy that wanted to learn and experience life without all of the material things. He wanted to be independent from his parents and friends so Chris did something that would be insane for most of us humans but to him, it wasn’t. He went into the wild of Alaska for months, in fact, McCandless even thought he could make it out alive at the end of his journey. As a matter of fact, he was known as being a risk taker and enjoyed being out and about in the nature side of the world. Many would believe that Chris McCandless went into the wild to purposely kill himself; however, I myself believe that McCandless did not do it purposely.

It took just forty five days for United States citizens to acquiesce their rights to freedom and privacy for the sake of safety following the events of September 11, 2001. Forty five days is how long it took the United States Congress to pass a law that gave up the very concept of liberty upon which this country is founded. The morning sky was a brilliant shade of blue with not a cloud in sight in New York on that fateful day of September. That all changed at 8:45 AM when a Boeing 767 jet plane tore into the north tower of the World Trade Center. Eighteen minutes later, a second Boeing 767 bit into the sixtieth floor of the south tower.
The superhero or villain that I would like to change places for a day would be Natasha Romanoff, better known as the Black Widow who is apart of The Avengers. Even though she doesn’t have a robotic suit, a hammer, or a shield like some of the other Avengers, she can still take down an entire army with her impressive combat skills. In addition to her amazing fighting talent, Natasha does not age. She was born during WWII, but because her body has been scientifically engineered she is not affected by diseases and aging. Although it would only be a day in which I would not age, it would still be amazing to be one day younger.
