Veronica Roth, author of Insurgent once said “No matter how long you train someone to be brave; you never know if they are or not until something real happens.” The experiences we’ve had can transform our whole being. These experiences can either be memories that trouble us or memories that will definitely be cherished in a very long time. These memories are the hands that mold us into who we are today.

Most people would often say that being in high school is similar with college. High School will prepare students for college. But, in reality, it is a whole different level when being in college. Even if we say that we studied hard in high school, the struggle most students will face in college is more challenging. Being in college will be the judge on how students will balance their academics and social life. This is why most people are stressed out in college.

There are memories that I will surely cherish and memories that might still haunt me until today, but I will never forget that these are the experiences that transform me into becoming a better version of myself before. I wouldn’t say that I am comfortable being in college. I still am struggling with many things even if I become mature. There would still be times where I would study; times when I would slack off and times when I just want to give up. Juggling the projects, home works, reports I need to submit in every subject is difficult. I would just motivate myself by thinking that if those who graduated were able to overcome those obstacles, why couldn’t I do it? I just need to focus and try to finish one thing at a time.
