Jack and his mother are going on a camping trip in New England, their first stop is in Maine. They are planning to visit many famous landmarks such as The Desert of Maine, and the coastal lighthouses. But, after one night in his tent, Jack wakes up alone. He doesn't know where his mother went. He doesn't know what to do. He just knows that he needs to get home. So, without anything but a sleeping bag, the clothes on his back, and a elephant figurine, Jack has to navigate the roads and hide from the things he is afraid of, all while finding his mother.
