Moreover, with the additional support of Gareth Morgan’s (2006) “Images of Organization,” I will be able to utilize metaphorical terminology to increase my overall perspective on organizational life and the need for multi-dimensional management mentalities. Over the course of this essay, I will utilize these theories of management to gain a more well-rounded perspective of Bethel University’s organizational structure, as well as, the importance of metaphors to gauge institutional effectiveness.

Good Afternoon Mike, I was told to contact you regarding Santa Fe College transferring in credits that I obtained for ACE credits. I chose Prairie View A&M University not only because of how historical the university is but, because of the outstanding number of students that have graduated from the college of nursing. Also, because I was chosen to be a part of the phenomenal dance team known as the Black foxes, then I decided that prairie view was the perfect school for me. After making this decision, things just started falling into place more and more each day. Prairie View has given me numerous opportunities as well as being offered the Target academic scholarship. As generous as the scholarship is it’s still not enough to cover the cost of attendance at Prairie view.

This is evident in the knowledge that I have attained while enrolled in the instructional leadership endorsement program at Bethel University. During the 10 months in the program, I have become knowledgeable about a wide range of instructional leadership content which will prepare me for a role as a leader. Throughout the coursework, I have learned how important a vision and mission statement is to the success of the school. Effective leaders have a clear direction as to where they want to take the school, therefore, it is imperative that goals are clearly developed.
Motlow State Community College does not offer a cafeteria for students at the Smyrna Center. Constructing a cafeteria at Motlow State Community College would be beneficial for everyone, including the staff and students. A cafeteria would offer convenience for students and staff, increase the attendance rate, and allow students to engage in social interactions with one another. Not only is cafeteria favorable for the Motlow State community, but it would multiply the revenue for the school. Predominantly, constructing a cafeteria will improve the Smyrna campus as a whole.
