INTRODUCTION: This incident involved the arrest of Suspect Darlene Marie Salseda for domestic battery. Salseda and Victim Emmanuel Richard Guerrero have been in a dating relationship for approximately one year and have not lived together during their relationship. INJURIES: Victim Guerrero sustained a half inch cut along the inner portion of his right middle finger. Suspect Salseda did not sustain any visible injuries or complain of any pain. I saw that she was staggering from side to side as she walked to the patrol unit. Salseda was unable to walk steadily and she appeared as if she had difficulty maintaining her balance. Officer Gurrola advised me Salseda would not give a statement of the incident. I spoke with Victim Emmanuel Richard Guerrero, who told me the following information in summary: Guerrero stated he has been in a dating relationship with Salseda for approximately one year. Guerrero refused to give me any more details regarding the incident and didn’t want to “press charges” against Salseda. Officer Petrella took photos of Guerrero’s injured right finger (see attached photo). The photos were later uploaded into VeriPic. On the date of 03/08/2017 at about () hours I was dispatched to the address of 300 N 6th St (the Greybull Motel) in Greybull to a reported domestic violance situation. I was informed by dispatch that the reporting party was in the office of the motel at this time. Upon my arriavl at the above location I spoke with the reporting party, Donald MOFETT() who informed me that his girlfriend had struck him multiple times in the face, neck and shoulder. I observed that MOFETT 'S left eye apeared to be swollen, I also observed marks on the left side of his face, and on his right sholder. When I asked MOFETT what had happened prior to the incident he stated that himself and his girlfriend Montica ROMERO() had gotten a motel room to have some time away from her family that they are staying with, and that both parties had consumed alcohol.

They kept him handcuffed and questioned him for fourteen and a half hours and refused his repeated request to speak with his attorney. Escobedo's attorney went to the police station and asked to speak with Escobedo, and he too was denied. A Spanish-speaking officer was left alone with Escobedo and allegedly told him that if he blamed the other suspect for the murder, then he would be free to go.
Crime Description This paper will analyze the murder of Vanessa Pham by Julio Miguel Blanco-Garcia. Around 3:30 in the afternoon on June 27, 2010, as Vanessa Pham was leaving a nail salon in Fairfax Plaza Shopping Center when Julio Blanco-Garcia approached her. Blanco-Garcia, high on PCP and carrying his infant daughter, told Pham that he was having a medical emergency and asked her to drive him to the hospital. On April 12, 2015, Freddie Carlos Gray Jr., a 25 year old man, was arrested by the Baltimore Police Department possessing what the police alleged was an illegal switchblade. While being transported in a police van. Gray fell into a coma and was taken to a hospital. Gray died on April 19, 2015, his death was because of a spinal cord injury. On 04/14/17, at 4:30pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to the area of Carnation Drive and Blue Bonnett Drive on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog to a minor.
