Jacqueline Clark is a 30 year-old single female with no children. She is currently a full time student at California State University, Los Angeles and is pursuing her Masters in Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Services. Although she is of working age she has limited work experience due to the fact that she has focused She currently volunteers as a teacher’s assistant at her local church’s Sunday school an most of her time on academics and volunteering. Ms. Clark also volunteers for a charitable organization. Due to the fact that Jacqueline does not work many hours she supplements her income with SSI as well as assistance from her family.

If she if communicating with her students she will communicate one on one or she will have real time captioning to capture all the student comments. If someone is having trouble communicating with Jacqueline there will be a computer available in order to communicate messages. An additional accommodation would be placing mirrors at Jacqueline’s work desk therefore she can she people as they are approaching her when her back is turned. If Jacqueline must communicate with an individual she will be provided with a quiet space where there is not background noise to interfere. If her classroom is not quiet enough she can be moved to a different floor or her office can be retrofitted with soundproof paneling. Whenever there is group meetings Jacqueline will have a real time captioning service in order to keep track of the meeting. The workplace must also make an effort to teach everyone basic sign language and educate staff in meeting etiquette to make communication with Jacqueline easier. She seems to be a strong willed person who goes out of her way to make a living and try to get the resources needed for her sick family. She lived in a situation where she barely makes enough to maintain the family. In certain situations she has to omit information to get assistance. Her husband Robert works but does not earn a lot of money. His goes out very early three times a week to do dialysis.
Kathy Copeland is currently the Vice President of Human Services at Goodwill of Orange County (GIOC). Copeland soon began working in nonprofits after graduating from University of California Los Angeles because of her passion to work with and for people. Although Copeland prioritizes her family, Copeland chose to leave being a stay-at-home mom and come back to work because of the great job opportunity here at GIOC.

Jenifer’s husband is a physician and was offered a job here in Maine 3 years ago, which cause them to move to Scarborough. Jenifer grew up in home with her mother, brother and step father after losing her father at age three.
Introduction Cathy Bevin was born as the secant oldest of four children on April 8 1954, to a farmer and his wife. She married in her eerily twenties to Daniel Bevin. They four children of her own Edith (Edie), Edwin (Eddy), Dawnita, and Keith (Kenny). Cathy had a close relationship with her older brother and help him raise his five children as well as her own four. Cathy has lived through the deaths of her parents, husband, older brother, grandson, two of her nephews and a baby nieces.
Joseph M. Griffin was born and raised in North Philadelphia. Section 1: Professional Development Plan For most of my life I have been motivated to help people so when I made the decision to continue my education at Walden University, I knew that I was ready for the journey. I am currently seeking a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I am expected to graduate in the winter of 2025. Katherine Knight 1 OVERVIEW OF THE CRIME On February 29th of 2000, after finally getting fed up with the constant assaults he endured from his partner; Katherine Knight, John price went to the Scone Magistrates court to take out an apprehended violence order (AVO) against Katherine, in a hope to keep her away from his kids and himself once and for all. Later that night, an unknowing Katherine Knight turned up to John Price’s house and they went on to have sexual intercourse. After this, Knight stabbed Price in his sleep, resulting in Price attempting to run away down the hall, this, however was an unsuccessful attempt and knight ended up stabbing him at-least a further 36 times.
Kathryn Johnston (June 26, 1914- November 21, 2006) was an elderly Atlanta Georgia, woman who was shot by undercover cops in her home on Neal street in Northwest Atlanta on November 21, 2006, where she had lived for 17 years. Three cops had entered her house in what was later described as a "botched" drug raid. Those cops cut off burglar bars and broke down her door using a no-knock warrant. Officers said that Johnston fired at them so they fired in response; she fired one shot out the door over the cops' heads; therefore, they fired 39 shots, five of six of which hit her. None of the cops were injured by her gunfire, but Johnston was killed by the police.

Most humans have been endowed with the power to communicate through speaking and an unfulfillable necessity of endlessly socializing. Whether it is at school, work, home or anywhere else, communication is essential for humans to be able to coexist. Silence, however, is a sign of respect in innumerable social situations and is necessary for a work environment. To talk or disrupt silence in most situations of work impedes anyone of being able to achieve satisfactory results out of most tasks.
