According to the Suitcase Clinic organization homelessness means a temporary condition that people fall into when they cannot afford to pay for a place to live, or when their current home is unsafe or unstable. (Suitcase Clinic Organization )

Main reasons being homeless: cyclical nature of mental health/ substance abuse, unavailability of affordable accommodation-waiting lists for public housing and lack of reasonably priced houses. For example, in UK and USA housing stocks are unaffordable. Since the 2013s the homeless people in Los Angeles (USA) have grown.

Because some of them just work on the streets and sometimes appear and disappear. (Ishii, 2006).

There are a lot of reasons for being homeless in Ethiopia. The leading reasons are poverty. Ethiopian were not able to take or buy home due to low literacy rate and educational system. People have some economic problems in their life. Another main causes are disagreement with family, separation from relatives and irregular pattern of urban growth to big cities. People migrate to big cities, capital because of these places have better condition that other areas.

There is no information about currently helping of Ethiopian government to homeless people, as previous services were ineffective and its failed, but some individuals try to help homeless people. Addisalem Agegnehu is volunteer, who supported an idea Keep The Homeless Warm: Sleeping Bag Project initiated by Dr.Solomon. Methods:
Information sources

Both primary and secondary data were used in order to gather information for using in research paper in parts such as context and results. These materials were used to answer research questions in aims.

Secondary research: Many information was electronically read in different sites. The available materials such as newspapers, journals, electronic information, news and magazines were reviewed and used.

Primary research: There were applied a raw data. The pie chart and texts of interviews were used as primary data. The diagram was accepted as survey because of quantitative features like . Qualitative data were interviews, which were without edits and analysis. Interviews consisted in-depth understanding points about issue. There were not included biased, unrelated and double barreled questions. Resources were not provided directly because of inaccessibility of study area. However, reliability and validity of materials are not exactly since raw data was taken several years
