A different approach towards this issue, would be the mathematical view of how the Justice System is likely rightfully sentencing death sentences. Viewing the displays of statistic, it is definite that homicides were particularly more common under circumstances with same-races than interracial. Out of all homicides recorded up till 2013, less than 10% were involved with a different race than the victim. With this information, labeling the Justice System “colorblind” would be unreasonable.
The total cases of death penalties sentenced were XXX with 10% of total homicides being interracial killings, approximately XXX number of deaths. The chances of the justice system unlawfully putting racial prejudice onto its trials are XXX. Further analysis
