Common Themes In Jesus Mary

Before this class I had never watched or heard of the film The Hunting Ground. I immediately downloaded Lady Gaga’s song to my phone. I felt I learned the most from this unit as well as feeling the most connected to what we were talking about in class. Before taking this class, I didn't know much about other countries, and what was happening around the world, but now I know what is happening worldwide. The problem is that many turn their heads away and ignore the problem hoping it will go away. Others see and accept the problems but refuse to do anything about it, but then there are those that see the problem and they are doing something about.

I learned so much about having hard conversation, and being respectful too. I know now that even if you don’t agree with someone, you can still be respectful to them, as they should be to you as well. My observation is based off what occurred during the meeting with Mary on 1/8/16.
