Therefore, they are working on passing an ordinances in which the stores are responsible to label their carts, and figure out cart containment. And then when unauthorized individuals are found with carts they then could be brought up on theft charges. Which would lead to the shopping carts being impounded for the stores to pick up.

All things in life can be enjoyable but also unexpected. Everyone has their own natural high. My natural high is riding my dirt bike. Even though riding my dirt bike is fun, it can also be very dangerous. It is very important to always wear safety gear while operating an off-road vehicle.

Speeding can be very dangerous. Speed limits are designed to fit each area. Studies have shown that as speed limits rise, more deaths do as well. School zones are one of the most important. I have small children going to school everyday.

I was finally stepping outside my comfort zone learning to ride a bike. The most memorable time in my life was the time my dad taught me how to ride my first bike.
