They seek to gain knowledge, to be exposed to ideas and philosophies that will enhance their lives. One of the main reasons to obtain a college education is the hope of using it to find a job that will enable them to live a comfortable life with a financially secured future. Some students go with the hope of meeting that one special person who will always care for them. Some students go to college so that they can move up in life.

College is a big deal for many students around the world. It is a step up from high school, which you are required by law to finish. College is a special school in which you can earn a diploma and work towards your desired career. Pamela Wissman went to the University of Cincinnati when she was 18 years old. She ended at age 23, then started again at 28.

For example my high school classes and my job. My classes consist of A.P chemistry and advanced math, which is highly beneficial for nursing. Chemistry is essential for nursing because it is important to get a basic understanding on how thing become the way they are. My current job I work for as a caretaker; taking care of residents. My job consists of checking their blood, taking their temperature, giving baths, giving medication, cooking, keeping them company, and making sure they are satisfied.

College is a new world. College isn't like high school where we can easily cheat in class or copied someone's homework. College is all about working towards being someone in life. College is about discovering more about ourselves and pushes us beyond our boundaries. It about being financially stable and able to take care ourselves and our family.

As long as I can remember, I knew that college was going to be part of my future. That is because I always knew what my family expected out of me. College is not only important to me for the reason of making my parents proud, but for making sure that I create more out of myself, as well. With a higher education, I will have more job opportunities available, potentially be able to earn higher income, and obtain more useful life skills than somebody who does not have a college education. To begin, having a college education under my belt is important to me because I will have more opportunities for a job, after I complete my four years.

There are variety of branches in nursing and a student should not only limit themselves to one interest but to many others. The responsibility of a person will most likely expand once they go to college. For college, there are more career options. College graduates have a higher yearly income and greater income in the future. College gives you the chance to expand your extra-curricular activities. College helps to improve socialization skills.

Though there are many individuals who believe that college is not for everyone, attending college and getting a higher education can open the gates to many tremendous life changing opportunities such as becoming healthier, begin able to secure jobs, and earning more financially.

Why do I want to attend college? College is an honorary achievement and it separates the determined from the undetermined. Owning a college to degree is an honor and an ecstatic feeling. Through college, that job is that much closer in the grasp. Through college, a person can perform at an elite level and really push themselves for greatness.

Without college education, it is highly likely that employers will not hire people with only a high school diploma. A college level education is valuable because one can have better wealth, is less likely to be unemployed, and better social skills.

Why do I want to become a nurse? Nursing, the one job everyone says that is so fulling, and will change your perspective on the world forever. I wanted to be a nurse since the time I was 10 years old, because I saw what they do for others every day. Becoming a nurse was so important to me because, I wanted to do something in my career that is interesting, challenging, and makes a difference in people's lives on a daily basis.
