The United States Criminal Justice system has a unique way of approaching and handling criminal trials. In criminal trials there are important court room members with specific roles and certain court room procedures that must be followed. The court room members include the jury, the judge, the prosecution, and the defense. Some of the procedures of a criminal trial are arraignment, preliminary hearing, the trial itself, opening statements, direct examination, cross examination, closing arguments and the verdict. Each court room member’s goal is to fulfill their responsibility and to help justice be served.

We use fantasy to cope in many ways. We escape from reality in books, movies, and in our dreams. Braddock was a boxer that lived during the great depression. He had many adversities that he had to face, and they are generally what fueled him to continue fighting. Movies usually tend to over exaggerate struggles, but Cinderella Man shows the raw reaction and reality during that time. The details about the characters in this movie are very accurate except for a few small details.

In the poem of “Touchscreen,” by Marshall Davis Jones, he is explaining how our feelings towards technology are crucial and where we do not want to live in a world without internet or media. He describes how he lives in a society where everyone has limited interaction with each other and that he witnesses doing it also.
