This helped me in building strong relationship with the colleagues and customer. I would like to share my experience that how I use the positive energy to build a relationships with the colleagues while I was working in an organization.
- Whenever I meet with colleague, like to smile.
- Buying extra cup of coffee for co-worker.
- Offer to cover a shift for a coworker who needs to leave early.
- Sit with someone who is eating alone
By keeping the positive energy, when i have a bad day, I will start my next day with thought that Today’s a new day — let’s get on with it.

In every school there are set policies and procedures so that all people working within the school are aware and stick to the same rules. Consistency is imperative. All adults working in the school would be : teaching staff, support staff, lunchtime supervisors, kitchen staff, governors, after school staff and temporary staff. As a leader within an organisation it is crucial that you understand how to communicate your organisation’s mission and goals to those around you. INTRODUCTION Self-Determination Theory (SDT) was conceived by Edward L. Deci and Richard M. Ryan. This theory is concerned with human motivation, personality, and optimal functioning. For the purpose of SDT and work motivation, motivation is considered the core of biological, cognitive, and social regulation. Instead of just looking at the amount of motivation, self-determination theory focuses on different types of motivation.
For example, if all the employees of Amazon of always trying to find the mistakes that their peers are doing to report them to their superior and were working together instead, they could put all this unnecessary energy in a focus group to find innovative ideas and to help each others. This type of positive climate could help people staying in the company and not leaving after few months, because the stress encounter at work is too high. The article cited that Amazon had the second-highest turnover among the Fortune 500 companies, with a median tenure of one year, which is really low. [2] The espoused values of the Amazon’s culture are “work hard, have fun and create history”, but the enacted values just seemed to be hard work and success. The Amazon culture can be described as an outcome orientation organization with managers asking for results without excuses.
This will help the customers get a very best experience. An unhappy employee can become the reason to ruin the brand experience for the customers. Studies have also shown that people surrounded by happy people are more likely to be happy as well. So Good moods are contagious but same holds true for bad moods as well. So it is very important to create a positive and happy work environment for the employees so that they can give their hundred percent at work.
