In other words, William J. Clinton does not want the issues that are occurring around the world be minimized and ignored. There are five challenges that he mentions to help the world change to better. First one is building more peaceful 21st century, second one is bringing their former adversaries, such as Russia and China into the international system as open, prosperous, and stable nation. Moreover, his aim is to build safety for their future generation. World trading and financial system for better living standards, is one of the challenges that he counts. Lastly, freedom as a top goal is his main goals that he wants to accomplish. “We must work hard with the world to defeat the dangers we face together and to build this hopeful moment together, into a generation of peace, prosperity, and freedom. Because of our unique position, America must lead with confidence in our strengths and with a clear vision of what we seek to avoid and what we seek to advance” (William J. Clinton, Page 2, Paragraph 6). To put it another way, he explains how unique their position are, as America, they are ruling the world and their decisions and their way of dealing with the issues that the world is facing has a lot of influence on the rest of the other
His speech addresses “Mr. President, Ms. Clinton, the congress, Ambassador
Many people have wondered how this conflict started. The issue could have begun with the 2002 State of the Union addressed by President George W. Bush. Bush noted an “axis of evil” and continued with a speech about possible terrorist states, saying “states like these, and their terrorist allies, constitute an axis of evil, arming to threaten the peace of the world (Eubanks and Schaeffer).” A country that was categorized by Bush as a terrorist state was North Korea. Condoleezza Rice, secretary of state to Bush, continued this accusation in her 2002 speech to the Conservative Political Action Committee.
Given that he spoke for the American people, he implies that as a nation, we have had to make some difficult choices, but, yet we make those decisions with courage and determination that keeps us united. President Bush. He was a great man, great American, and great President. After all, he did help us through rough times. On September 11, 2001, the 9/11 speech was told. Many people were murdered, children hurt, families ruined.
Bill Clinton was also an American politician who had served as the 42nd President of the United States. He had served his time from 1993 to 2001 and throughout his time in office, he had both aided yet negatively impacted the United States, which can be seen through many acts and bills he had signed, both domestic and foreign. Domestic accomplishments of President Clinton firstly included cutting the tax, similar to what Reagan had done. Clinton had signed the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, cutting taxes for millions of low-income families. He had also cut tax for almost 100% of small businesses and raised the tax on the wealthiest taxpayers.
The 1990 gulf war had revived the UN doctrine of collective security, although a number of doubts remained about the under lying motivations for the war and the way in which it was fought. President George h. bush declared that the war was more than one small country. It was a big idea in order to settle disputes and maintain peace. In the gulf war both combination of realistic and liberal approaches can be seen. The US political strategies based on realistic and liberal approaches are evident in this event as well.
When analyzing the characteristics that define the form, content, substance, and style of the farewell address, we find that it took place in an organized way. President Clinton advised the next President Goerge W. Bush in the form of reflection on his own experience when he states that " Hillary, Chelsea and I join all Americans in wishing our very best to the next president, George W. Bush, to his family and his administration in meeting these challenges and in leading freedom's march in this new century" (pg.13). When he mentioned the gap between people who live on the cutting edge of the global economy and the billions around the world who live on the knife's edge of survival, his justification was in very general terms and not be bitter

He goes on to talk some about how amazing the American people’s response to the situation was and how people came together in the hard time.

In November 1992 Bill Clinton became president of The United States of America. Bill Clinton did not think like the past presidents and did not agree about leaving Northern Ireland alone. Bill Clinton believed that the U.S.A should step in to help with the peace process of Northern Ireland.
In his inaugural speech given on January 20, 2001, George W. Bush address the country for the first time after being sworn in as the 43rd president of the United States. Millions of people from around the world tuned in to watch the president give his address. The people who voted for and against him are both wanting to hear what the president has to say. George W. Bush gives an effective inaugural address by using biblical allusions, collaborative language, and an anaphora in order to unite the country after a contentious election. Bush used biblical allusions to appeal mostly to the evangelicals who were listening to his speech.
During the 1990s and early 2000s, Iraq had a very negative reputation in Western countries. The United States had been a key member in the Gulf War, and also the decade that followed with the “No-Fly Zone.” Americans largely thought that Iraq was dangerous, destitute, and anti-American. Kurdistan, however, was arguably much different. They had been protected by the “No-Fly Zone.”
Donald Trump's inauguration speech - a more inward-looking America The following essay will contain the newly elected president Donald J. Trump's inauguration speech when he got sworn into office on January 20th. The essay will focus on the model of com-munication, his choice of words and forms of appeal. The essay will then swiftly shift its course to Barack Obama's inauguration speech back in 2009 to point out the similarities and the very differ-ences there are between the two speeches. Donald J. Trump, the president of the United States and the sender of this speech, begins his speech by thanking the previous presidents, fellow Americans and the people of the world.
Bill Clinton is known as one of the most powerful speakers in the United States, and he impresses his audience by his speeches and the rhetorical devices that he includes in his speeches and addresses. For example, he effectively delivers his inaugural address with a convincing tone and some of the rhetorical devices such as allusions and strong diction. In his 1993 inaugural address, Clinton discussed the issues that America faced in the 20th century such as health care costs and low wages. He mentioned that these issues are not solved because America has not “made changes” and made progress to solve the conflicts and restore the economy. Because of this, Clinton knew it was important to ensure that all of the nation was behind him, and if
Bush and Tony Blair assurance of their people that Saddam Hussein was having stockpiles of WMDs hidden in Iraq, the US and its coalitions started their invasion. However, in a three-hour interview with CBS News, with an effort to prevent the 2003 US-led invasion of Iraq, Saddam Hussein, personally, offered to debate the US President Bush on a live TV discussion, saying; “I am ready to conduct a direct dialogue – a debate – with your president, I will say what I want and he (Bush) will say what he wants.” In response, the White House said the offer was not a serious one, saying; “This is something proposed in earnest out of my respect for the people of the United States and the people of Iraq and the people of the world. I call for this because war is not a joke.”
In January of 1992 President, George H.W. Bush gave his last State of the Union Address before losing the re-election later that year. Bush has to wait a couple minutes before he is able to give his speech due to an overwhelming applause. After a few false starts, the applause dies down and he is able to begin his address by thanking the distinguished members of the audience for welcoming him. He first makes a few jokes that has the audience laughing and standing and clapping. He then transitions from humor to more serious topic by announcing the America’s victory in the cold war; this leads lots more applause and few more minutes before the president can speak.
