On 17 August 2016 I, Detective Sergeant Daniel Hunter investigated a reported aggravated robbery that occurred at the Greenway Trail Head off of Hwy 31W located next to 2950 Hwy 31W White House/Sumner County TN. The victim, Mr. Isaac Brant stated that he and his girlfriend, Ms. Payton Cole were walking on the Greenway and was going to meet a Mr. Zechariah Temple who was a former school mate of Mr. Brant. Mr. Brant and Ms. Cole gave statements that Mr. Temple pulled in the parking lot and parked. He was driving an older model, maroon, and Taurus type vehicle. Mr. Brant stated two people jumped out of the vehicle and a larger black male pulled out a semi-auto hand gun and placed it in his rib area. He stated that the black male demanded his money. Zechariah Temple who agreed to come speak with me at the police department. Mr. Temple arrived at the police department and interviewed with me at approximately 1625 hrs. I read and explained Miranda Rights to Mr. Temple and he signed stating that he understood. During the interview, Mr. Temple admitted that the robbery did in fact take place. He stated that they were going to sell some drugs to Mr. Brant. Mr. Temple admitted to driving the vehicle and taking $15.00 from the money stolen from Mr. Brant. During the investigation and through the interview I found that a Jonathan Lunsford (16 yrs. old), Nick Reynolds (17 yrs. old), and another adult, Dontarius Long were in the vehicle and on scene at the time of the robbery. During the investigation I found that Lunsford fits the description given by the victim and witness of the gunman that conducted the robbery. Upon completion of the interview, I placed Temple under arrest for Aggravated Robbery and transported him to the Sumner County Jail for booking. A 24 year-old man whose name Denea Peterson has been charged a wild shooting which resulted in a significant injury to innocent mother and her child. According to the criminal compliant, Peterson was a member of the 10Z gang and he had violent argument with a man who is only identified as OTZ at various locations. According to complain in June 22 of this year at around 2pm Peterson realized the light colored SUV OTZ and his friend had been riding then approached them and began fired gun at least eight times. On 7-22-2016, I, Richard Reyes was dispatched to a call for criminal trespassing at 12625 Wetmore Rd, San Antonio, TX. at approximately 0800 hours. I arrived on site at 0818 hours, where there were 2 men arguing inside of the class room. I was accompanied by back-up officer Alysha Rosario, we separated the two men from each other and asked the suspect Johnny McGregor to step outside, and the Officer Rosario spoke with him and gathered his story. I stayed inside of the classroom and spoke with the victim Jose Robledo about the incident, where Jose explained to me that his step-brother Johnny has been using the car and has not been adding gas to it.
In the article “Cole Case,” the author, Jena Williams writes about Timothy Cole, a falsely accused man charged with 25 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. Known as the Texas Tech Rapes, four women were raped from 1984 to 1985. As police searched for the rapist, Cole ran into an undercover cop on campus and told her his name and where he lived. Although not suspected to be the rapist, police ran his license plates and discovered Cole recently filed it as being robbed. Claiming to help him by investigating the robbery, police took Cole’s photo and placed it in a lineup of other mug shots.
On October 09th, 2015 at approximately 5:30 PM, I, Investigator James Poffel was the on-call investigator and was contacted by dispatch in reference to responding to The Days Inn for a call of a kidnapping that patrol officers were out on. Officer Wilkins was the officer originally dispatched to t hat location and was on-scene awaiting my arrival. I spoke with Officer Wilkins while I was en route to his location. Officer Wilkins informed me they were sent to The Days Inn, room #104, at 900 S 32nd St to check the welfare of a subject by the name of Kayla Blevins. Dispatch received the call from Kayla’s grandmother, advising Kayla was being held at that location against her will, for a $1,000.00 ransom.
On 04/23/16 I contacted Andrew Jepko at Pinching Pennies in reference to a theft of property call. Mr. Jepko said on this date at around 1230 hours a white male, white female and mixed juvenile male entered the store and browsed around for a while. Mr. Jepko said the party exited the store and the group stood outside the business for a short period and then the female reentered, expressing interest in a set of tires he was selling; which were stacked in front of the business. Mr. Jepko said the female exited the business again and when she did her male companion put two of the tires in the back seat of their vehicle with the juvenile male and then the three drove away. On Saturday 09/06/16 at about 0530 hours Elizabeth Cervantes-Hocking came into the lobby of the Auburn Police department to provide a statement. I contacted Elizabeth in the lobby, and she stated she wanted to provide a statement for this case because she believed the Police did not get the full story the night of the incident. I obtained a video statement from Elizabeth using my department cell phone and the following is a summary of that statement. Elizabeth said on 07/09/16, the night of the incident, her roommates decided to call the Police because she was screaming. A murder nearing Knoxville, Tennessee incarcerated a potential suspect. In summary, the defendant was Paul House, House became a lead suspect in a murder known as the Muncy murder. Carolyn Muncy body was discovered near an embankment nearing the end of her driveway. House became a suspect because he was last seen by a witness near the Muncy residence. Once House was in police custody they received blood samples from his pants.
In addition to Wehrman’s original statement she stated that the male that assaulted her had an orange key chain hanging from the front of his pants. She described the suspect as being in his 20’s, dark hair, olive skin, fit build with no facial hair, 5’6” tall, and 140 pounds. Wehrman also stated that the suspect had a tattoo on his right forearm. The tattoo was writing that went from the suspect’s wrist to his elbow. The suspect’s physical description matches Hicks physicals.

On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. The facts of this case start with a woman in her home in Detroit on September 2nd in 1982, who was playing with her 7 month old son when a man broke into her house. He dragged the woman to an upstairs bedroom and raped her on the bed. He then allowed her to put a robe on and led her down stairs and stole $60 dollars from her purse, her wedding band, and $100 more from the house. After the man left this woman called the police and they arrived then they collected the robe she wore and the sheets from the bed. She was then taken to the hospital for a rape kit to be collected.
