Ja'Dyn continues to engage in negative behaviors at school due to his inability to control his angry outburst and lack of ability to utilize his coping skills. Ja'Dyn is a misunderstood young man who has developed a bad reputation at school which has placed him in the crosshairs of all the faculty regardless if he started or engaged in any negative behaviors. Mom needs to be a little more proactive in making sure the school is following his IEP and 504 which is in place.

This is a case study about a young man by the name of Korey Wise who was wrongly incarcerated in the Central Park Jogger case of 1989. Due to being the age of sixteen he was the only one out of the five boys wrongly accused to be sent to an adult prison. In this prison Korey was victim to many forms of abuse, physical and mental to name a few. He was found guilty despite the lack of evidence. None of the DNA samples or Semen matched up with Korey.
On 04/19/2018 at approximately 20:04 hours I, Deputy Keith Lloyd, along with Deputy Fred Corley were dispatched to 1299 E 119th Street, Mulvane, Sumner County Kansas for an unknown disturbance. The call was transferred from Mulvane PD who advised they could only hear that a male and his son were arguing. At approximately 20:34 hours Deputies arrived at 1299 E 119th Street. Upon arrival I made contact with a white male who was I recognized as Jarid Miles Branine from previous encounters. I asked Jarid what was going on and he stated he and his father got into an argument and his mother called the cops fearing the two were going to get into a fight.

An Centerville man in connection with the fatal shooting that took place last night at the Fandago Bar & Grill last night was captured and is now in custody. Frederick Johnson, 32, was identified by the detectives as the shooter of the crime. Police had tracked him down at his apartment on Barboza Street just a few blocks from the bar but was not there until earlier this morning. “Johnson confessed to the detectives that he was selling cocaine to the victim, Peter Wickham, press secretary for the mayor, but claims that the shooting was an accident,” said Lt. Jane Orthlieb of the CenterVilled Police department. Johnson and Wickham were arguing over the money but began to get into a shoving match.
