Popular movies that followed this event included: Pumping Iron, Overkill, and Generation Iron. Most of the famous bodybuilding stars talk about their diet and training, aspiring to winning the competition, and looking down on their competitors. The focus of the documentary movie Overkill was on the “Monk of Bodybuilding,” or “The Predator,” Kai Greene, who delivers a speech that successfully inspires his audience to change their focus to training the mind, and set their mindset to the present.
