Seaver has a more persuasive prose to emphasize his idea that the "It's the Real Thing" slogan is not copyrighted.

Lawrence Lessig’s research on piracy and copyright laws suggest the issue began long before Napster’s free website of burning music for personal use. The Author stated his reasoning using definitions and examples to convince his audience.
