On 07/15/2017, members of the Little Rock Police Department Downtown Division arrested Zachary Hicks, W/M, DOB: 10/07/1986, at 6100 Mitchell Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Hicks was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Loitering. Mr. Hicks was transported to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility and held in lieu of bond. Mr. Hicks was assigned Street Narcotics Suspect #2017-SN-459, in reference to this incident. Little Rock Police Department Incident #2017-086001 was generated in relation to this incident.
On 07/15/2017, at approximately 1710 hours, Officer Dalton Schisler #33346 and Officer Randy Dearing #33545 were patrolling the area of 6100 Mitchell Drive due to excessive loitering, illegal drug transactions and prostitution violations that has been occurring on the parking lot. Officer Schisler stated that while he was patrolling the parking lot, he observed a white Chrysler Sebring parked on the north side of the lot. Officer Schisler stated that he observed a white male sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. Green was placed in handcuffs checked for proper fit then double locked and placed in my patrol car. A search incident to arrest revealed that Green had three twenty dollar bills on his person. Of the three twenty dollars bills one matched the serial number of the counterfeit bill which I had just seized from Casey 's. The note was seized from Green and placed into evidence as #18595. Green was transported to booking for processing then later lodged at the Butler County
On 01/23/2016, at approximately 1428 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling north on State Route 924 (North Main Street). Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street. Your affiant approached the operator and requested his license and vehicle information.
On September 8, 2015, at approximately 12:52 PM I, Deputy Ragsdale, was contacted by Captain Tucker to call Michael Holcombe in reference to a theft. I then contacted Michael Holcombe on Wood County cell two. He told me that his daughter was renting a house at 116 Oak Street, Yantis, Texas from Margi Halfcox, suspect. Michael Holcombe told me that he let his daughter borrow his riding lawn mower. He then advised me that his daughter was moving out of that residence.
While on patrol, I was checking Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church on Needmore Road and observed a burgundy Tahoe sitting stationary, close to the woodline of the church. I exited my patrol car and approached the driver side of the Tahoe. I quickly recognized the driver as William Anthony Thomas, who has a felony warrant with our agency. Thomas was then detained until further investigation. Thomas name was ran through dispatch and they advised that he had a felony warrant for DUI-Felony.

I was traveling east on Del Mar Boulevard approaching Fair Oaks Avenue. I observed a white Nissan Altima in the number two lane directly in front of me. On Saturday 05/29/2016 at approximately 03:11 hours, I (Ptl. H. Lim) was on patrol in marked patrol vehicle 515 with Ptl. Salvador in the area of Livingston Avenue and How Lane. I was patrolling Livingston Avenue when I observed a White Nissan Maxima heading south with tinted window, I began to follow the vehicle at that point. The vehicle made right turn on How lane. Be on the lookout for Michael Hastings and Nathan Jones they are the suspects in the stolen money from Hucks this morning. They were driving a 2012 Chevrolet Malibu Missouri License number MM1P5D. Per Reporter: On 5-27-18, Dalton was arrested by the Itawamba Police Department for stealing his foster father’s (Fred) pistol. Dalton was transported to the Lee County Detention Center. Dalton is scheduled for court on today or tomorrow.
INTRODUCTION: This incident involved the arrest of Suspect Gerardo Jimenez for violation of a court order. The suspect was aware of the restraining order and had been given proof of service. LOCATION DESCRIPTION: The violation occurred at the victim’s residence located at 655 N. Lake Avenue.
At approximately 2119 hours, dispatch received a call from victim Jorge Arias. Arias told dispatch, he was in the parking lot located at 1329 N. Lake Ave., when he was approached and assaulted by 4-5 male suspects. The suspects stole Arias’ white 2001, Ford F150 P/U, license plate #66213D1. Arias advised dispatch that the suspect fled the scene his vehicle traveling south on Lake Ave. Dispatch conducted a crime broadcast and I was dispatched to the call.

On 06/14/2017 around 1750 hours, I, Officer Burkes, responded to a report of a suspicious person knocking on a door at 1504 Homestead Blvd. The caller stated that a white male was bleeding all over her door and asking her to call 911. When I arrived on scene, I noticed a white male, later identified as Alex Schesny, sitting between the screen door and steele door. I asked Alex to get up and walk out to the back of my patrol car. Once on the back of my car, I retrieved my gloves out of the front seat.
My client, Aaron Hernandez, was convicted for firstdegree murder June 26, 2013. I`m here to prove his innocents of being accused of killing his onetime friend Odin Lloyde by shooting him six times with two associates. For proof that was just thrown together with no confession I`m here to speak and prove the truth. Aaron was at the wrong time when his friend was killed.
On 5/25/15 Det. Taylor requested detectives to assist on a narcotic search warrant. Det. Thomas was not included. When I asked Taylor the reason why or the reason I believed he wasn’t.
On August 3, 2017, the victim’s daughter was able to make contact with the defendant by text messaging. She asked him for the location of the missing jewelry. The defendant responded stating he had sold most of it to Premier Jewelry and Loan. He was unsure of exactly when he sold the property because he was “high and foggy” but estimated it was between two to four months ago.
