Both Malcolm X and Martin Luther King, Jr were civil right leaders who were well respected for their ideas. However, they had differences that would impact the success of their initiatives. Malcolm X had superior solutions for a strong centralized black community and a stable black economy, while King’s ideas made more sense in terms of his nonviolent philosophy and push for an integrated education system. Whiles Martin Luther King, Jr’s idea about blacks and whites together would work in a perfect society,America was far from a perfect society in the 1960s.

Cesar Chavez and Gandhi are both two different people that defended other people. They both wanted to accomplish an important goal that would change the future for other people to have their rights. Cesar wanted to get paid more money for what they were working for by protesting to the owner of the company and not eat the food the company distributed. MLK never fought with violence. Although he would get physically attacked, he stood his ground and continued to fight for equality peacefully. King believed that whites and blacks should come together to end the hate and violence.

Although Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X seem to have mutual respect and an equal understanding of the inequality, their philosophies were quite different from each other.

Thoreau and Gandhi have a similarity, they both were locked up in prison. The reason why Gandhi and Thoreau were locked up is because people thought it had to do something with the government. The government would see Gandhi and Thoreau as a threat to society, because they think both Gandhi and Thoreau is trying to overthrow the government. Gandhi’s writing happens before the protest begins, and Thoreau’s writing happens when he is in jail for not paying the poll tax. Another similarities with Gandhi and Thoreau is when they wrote their expressions against the laws.

Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr. were both born 120 years apart. They were also killed ten days apart in the same month, years apart of course. Abraham Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr. were one of the biggest influences on Slavery and Civil Rights. As well as being great leaders during their times. Both of these men were similar, but also had their differences.

The African Nelson Mandela and the American Martin Luther King are important and influential heroes who made the world better somehow, in terms to fight for black people rights in their country. According to (www.dictionary.com), a hero is defined as “ the man of distinguished courage or ability, admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities”. Certainly, both heroes had the courage to sacrifice for black people with extreme power to resist the racism in the past using various ways. It is clear that the two heroes met their ambitions, but Mandela made bigger change worldwide and he was inspirational leader with severe willingness to fight for justice. Nelson Mandela and Martin King lived many similar situations which led to their great effort.

Malcolm X and Mahatma Gandhi were two incredible men, both fighting for independence among their people. These distinctly different men were among the strongest fighters who set foot in authority. Malcolm X, an African-American leader spread religion to combat the weakening of his fellow African-Americans, as well as to expand the supporters of Muslim beliefs. Mahatma Gandhi, a leader in India’s independence movement from the British, weakened British rule through civil resistance. While Malcolm X and Gandhi both fought for their people’s freedom, their religion, beliefs, and methods for achieving independence differ in certain aspects but also have similar elements.

Mahatma Gandhi was one pf the greatest pacifists and Osama Bin Laden the absolute definition of evil. Similarly, they were both highly educated men and were both religious extremists. Gandhi was not afraid to give up his life if it meant he didn’t have to hurt another soul. Bin Laden was willing to murder thousands upon thousands of people to achieve his goal.
