For the sake of this assignment I am going to assume that Seth and Marie are living at home with their parents and this will be their first apartment together. By moving in together instead of getting separate apartments they will be splitting the expenses and saving money. First off, they should realize “Money produces more unnecessary conflict and worry than almost anything else” (Ellis, 2015). It isn’t stated if Seth and Marie will be combining their money or keeping it separate. Either way, conflicts regarding money are bound to happen. Openly communicating about their finances can help reduce the conflict. Before moving in together, Ellis (2015) states “tell the truth about how much money you have and how much you spend” (pg. 295). In order to budget the couples money, they should both be honest about how much they have and what they spend. If they budget …show more content…
Their first month has some added expenses associated with moving into a new apartment, such as a security deposit and first month’s rent, but they have some savings to fall back on if needed. Two bedroom apartments in the Augusta, Maine area run approximately $850 a month with appliances, heat and hot water included. I chose to do a budget based on a two bedroom because Seth has a child which may stay with them frequently. Seth and Marie may need furniture but if they’re not in a rush they can find decent used furniture at lawn sales or thrift stores. When starting off they may have a higher than normal grocery bill as they do not have the everyday necessities in their cupboards. One of my biggest recommendations for Seth and Marie is to expect the unexpected. At any given point either could lose their job, have unexpected repairs on their vehicles or even get pregnant. If they’re able to make a budget and stick to it they should have enough extra money to be putting some in their savings every

After comparing wild type and mutant flies, no differences were apparent during the larva and pupa stages. Newly- enclosed adults appeared the same in all aspects except for the coloration of the eyes, as well as adults that were several days old.
Joey, I went to Credit Advisors, the non-profit organization, and I talk to them personally. They said that I have to meet their manger, Eleanor Hohman, and she is not available today. I might visit them tomorrow or Wednesday again, because I have a hospital appointment tomorrow from 11am to 2pm. Another thing, I called Lance Ribordy, the coordinator of Dave Ramsey class, but he did not reply and I left him a voice message. I will keep contacting him, and I will update you...
Coach Black, I spoke with Ellie about the project and she will send the copy of the insurance soon. Regarding logistics, what should the start and end times on Saturday, October 8th be? Also, should the novices bring anything other than workout clothes, a spare change of clothes, sneakers, and water? Please let me know so that we can share the information with the families. Thanks,
I just wanted to follow-up from my previous email. I never heard from HR and wonder what the final decision was regarding getting reimbursement for the Certified Diabetes Educator exam. I know everyone is very busy with the upcoming opening of the new tower. So thank you for time and consideration in this matter.
For the first phase of this project, I started by contacting the company to find out who could provide me the view of what the company environment looks like. I wanted to get a holistic view so I could understand all the components and how they function together. Starting from the beginning at the website, this is where customers can log into their account to retrieve their information and move or withdraw money. I learned that this process works by redirecting the user to the FIS validation login page and FIS authenticates the user in their system. There is nothing that is performed on the company website; just think of a police officer standing in the middle of the street pointing to where you need to go.

Superintendent Elliott made some errors in this situation. A couple of the errors were responding to the parent complaint without referring him to the proper level and failing to listen to the principal. The complaint that was made by the parent is something that should have been handled by the building principal. Instead of trying to take care of the situation himself the superintendent he should have led the parent to the correct building level channel first to come to allow them the chance to come to a solution. The building principal should have been able to build a stronger school community relation with this parent by being honest and handling his mistake.
The financial situation I see myself in consists of sharing a rented apartment with one other person—likely my sister or a close friend—and working at Badcock Home Furniture & More with an income around $14 an hour. Additionally, I imagine I would have a small side income based on my artistic works, but it wouldn’t not be too large due to the time each piece would take to create alongside a 40-hour work week. I do not imagine either myself or my roommate owning a pet or using cable television, and I know whoever I would room with would remain fairly frugal with their money. Furthermore, renting an apartment would reduce many of the expenses of living in a house, such as home improvement, repairs, and gardening. My cellphone plan is still under
Part 1: It would effect everything on the planet, plants would be less able to produce the suns energy and living organisms would be in big trouble. A short term effect would be decreasing plant populations and a long term effect would be a decreasing population of every organism on the planet. i. Much like the first one, if the sun was completely blocked producers could not produce, thus consumers could not eat them and get energy and the decompress could not break down the organisms if they're not alive. It would result in the overall extinction of living organisms on earth. ii.

My identity is wrapped up in my love of music because I have been surrounded by it since I was little. When I was a toddler, I would sit for long periods of time and watch videos of kids singing songs. As I grew older I participated in my church's children's choir and even held solos in my elementary school chorus. When I reached middle school I joined my school's middle school chorus in 7th grade as an alto and 8th grade as a soprano. The transition between 8th and 9th grade was important for me because I took up voice lesson in 8th grade and went to my first music camp the summer before 9th grade.

On a daily basis, employees of a corporation, or business enterprise uses different email servers to communicate with coworkers, customers, and others that are not associated with the business. One of the most commonly used email server is Microsoft Outlook (Lindsey, 2013). The program is used to share information, and multimedia attachment files both (Lindsey, 2013). Individuals within the scope of an organization prefer to use the instant messaging option over sending email, simply because it saves time. Most employees are not aware of the fact that even if they delete their messages, it can still resurface at a later date, but only if is necessary.
The average cost of an apartment in Anchorage for one person is around $1007.14. Unfortunately, even if someone can get a full time minimum wage job in Anchorage, they will be receiving only 1400 per month. That means that for a minimum wage worker lucky enough to work 40 hours a week they will have to be paying around 70% of their income for housing. While it may be possible to live on %30 of your income especially if you also benefit from food stamps and other public assistance, it is not allowed. Income barriers are put on housing by landlords to provide them with a cushion of protection against people who they think might not pay their rent.
Reports came out yesterday that Jim Bob Duggar was giving a house to Anna and Josh Duggar in hopes that Anna would decide to stay with him. Now it turns out that Anna was not a fan of this proposition and has actually turned down the house. Hollywood Life revealed that Anna turned the house down and doesn't want this $345,000 house. It could have been the perfect house for Josh and Anna to raise their children when he gets out of rehab eventually. Jim Bob bought a house that is 4 bedroom and 3 bath plus a whopping 3,800 square foot and was giving it to Josh and Anna Duggar.
