There are several things and factors that come to mind for me and mind body connection and today I am going to write a few things I believe that relates to the mind body connection and they are one is cleaning another is driving and cooking to name a few for mind body connection. Know I say that because first you have to use your mind to determine what location your planning to navigate to and by that you go into the body next by using the hand to open the door to the vehicle then I place the key into the ignition then I turn it with my hand to the on position to start the vehicle. I hold down the break then pull down the lever to take it out of park then put it in drive then I use my eyes and ears to determine what’s ahead of me so I don’t hit anything or anyone with the vehicle then I am off to my location using my mind for defensive driving and anticipation of the next vehicles on the road with me to avoid any and all possible accidents. First you use your mind to decide what you are cooking and today I am going to be baking chicken thighs. After that I have to determine what utensils I am going to use. Then I use my hands to clean the chicken and I do that by putting the chicken thighs under luke warm water and proceed to rinse them off then I also use my hands to grab the pan I am going to use to bake the chicken in Know I put the chicken into this pan then I go into grabbing all my seasons I plan on using and shower the chicken with them. Then I use my mind to determine what temperature I have to set the stove to and I have to turn the stove on up to 375 degrees and it has to cook for 35 to 45 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken thighs. So I use I timer to set that so I may use my mind to do other things like clean whatever isn’t been used in then set the plates out for the finished product and I would problem well get some side items to complement the chicken through it all I had to use mind body connection to even cook these chicken
