The Boston Massacre, which passage includes more evidence and support towards facts about the Massacre? Passage number 2 provides more evidence and support than the first passage. This doesn’t mean that the first passage doesn’t do good, this just means that the passage number 2 does a better job at explaining the stuff. Both of the passages give reasonsings for what the Massacre is, but passage 2 has a better and more appropriate explanation. Usually people say quality over quantity, but even though Passage 2 is longer, it still is the most efficient passage to go along with the Boston Massacre.

The American Revolution was a war based off principles, and fought by both Loyalists and Patriots. The Loyalists believed that without the kings rule they would lose their fortune, be in chaos, and mob rule; however some were just against the brutality of war. Now the Patriots were complete opposites, patriots believed in principles, freedom;to be free from taxes, the king, the tranny they faced under the rule of the king, to be able to speak when and where you want, and to practice the religion they believe in; but who was actually right the Patriots or the Loyalists. In times of oppression, mankind has always been known to stand up and fight for a good cause, and the American Revolution was no exception. Held down by the wickedness of the British Empire for some time, America had finally had enough. One voice that stood out in the colonies was that of Patrick Henry. The french were in debt The French monarchs had unlimited power and also declared themselves as representatives of god. This revolution stirred  among the French leading to the rise of Napoleon. The Haitian Revolution influenced slave rebellions in the United States and the British Colonies.

In this persuasive essay, I will talk about why Bunker Hill was one of the most important battles in the revolutionary war. There are three main reasons why Bunker hill was the most important battle. This battle showed the colonists that they are ready to fight in the war. In addition to that, this battle was a huge moral boost to the colonists. Even though the colonist didn’t win, it lead to many sacrifices on the British side.

Historians around the world studied the causes of the French Revolution, arguably regarded as one of the most important events in human history. Many important ideologies were developed during this time period. The current western political philosophies in France is the result of the French Revolution which introduced the principles of civic equality and popular sovereignty that challenged the historical Three Estates. Following many European reform trends, France in 1789 began their own major reform that lasted nearly a decade.

Other historians on the French revolution have a different view on what may have caused the French revolution. George Lefebvre is one of those historians, he believes aristocracy revolting is what started the revolution. Looking more in depth at both of their arguments the reader will see how each writer argues their side based on what they feel is important.

Opening paragraph The French Revolution was a major failure and a minor success. After all of the blood shed, the laws, civil rights, and codes did not get instituted effectively and did not represent the values that the citizens had fought for. Examples of this were the Napoleonic Code and Declaration of Rights of Man. Another reason it was a failure was because during the revolts and reforms more than 40,000 men and women died.

The French Revolution was undoubtedly influenced by the political theorists of the Enlightenment. The ideas of two French political theorists in particular are easily seen throughout the French Revolution, Jean-Jacques Rousseau and Baron Montesquieu. Jean-Jacques Rousseau’s thoughts and texts, such as the Social Contract, instilled the entitlement of basic human rights to all men. Rousseau’s concepts on rights combined with Baron Montesquieu’s ideas on government provided the backbone of a radical movement in the French Revolution known as the Terror. When one delves into the beginnings of the French Revolution, the motives and actions of the National Assembly, and the Terror of the French Revolution, one can obviously see the influence of two Enlightenment political theorists, Rousseau and Montesquieu.
