Computer Information Systems is my passion and major at Missouri State University. In the fall semester I am taking my last two general education courses. In the following semester I am taking strictly CIS classes and focusing on learning computer programs. My short term goal is to graduate college with a job in Springfield working on computers. My long term goal is to open a computer business that helps other businesses make transactions and accounting easier.
More than often people write about their solutions to coding problems on the internet so others can solve it. Someone with no knowledge about computers could look up tutorials on how to code and make apps for free. In the computer field it is all about motivation and how passionate you are about learning more. Programs like Java have so many features to

My mom is a Database Architect so I was fortunate to see firsthand what it is like to work in the computer field. Database Architects create new databases and programs for company’s that maximize efficiency. Another handy tool is Google, it is so useful that most people take it for granted. It is a big help to solving computer coding problems and figuring out the specific cause of the problem in a app or program.
PC Magazine, Linux Format, Macworld, PC Gamer, and Computer Shopper are publications that are popular and useful in the computer information systems field. In addition to those resources, there are many websites that benefit computer science or computer information system students like EasyBib, ExamTime, Web Design Tools, IT eBooks, and Google Drive. The internet is expanding and programs are getting easier to use. Not only are computers, apps, and phones getting easier to use, it is also getting easier to communicate which is helping the computer industry
The introduction of personal computers in the 1980s and 1990s revolutionized the way that people worked and communicated, allowing for greater efficiency and productivity. The widespread adoption of personal computers during this time period led to the creation of new industries such as software development and computer
When I examine my goals for the future, it is hard not to see Texas A&M as a chapter in my journey towards reaching them. I do not aspire to become president or an astronaut. But I do desire a career path that sets myself into a position allowing me to assist society, while being financially suitable to provide for a family in the future. The agricultural community is a field that has just that. Accommodating the infrastructure of our nation seems appropriate for my goals.
Extra University of Michigan If you could only do one of the activities you have listed in the Activities section of your Common Application, which one would you keep doing? Why? (Required for all applicants. Approximately 100 words) Being able to assist, lead, and teach valuable lessons to other people were the main reasons I loved playing football.
Attending college has been an ongoing dream throughout my life. Reaching the big leagues would be one of my major goals and accomplishments. I wish to become a software engineer and follow my dreams to achieve success. Coding and engineering have continually given me comfort in my heart and have allowed me to escape personal challenges. Furthermore, coding is a very important aspect
One could say I have it tough when it comes to meeting my parents expectations. Growing up in a traditional Pakistani household with two parents who have worked their whole life to get where they are. My dad had to work hard, and labor away to get from the bottom to the top, he wants my brothers and I to not go through what he did, and receive good Education, because “without education you won’t go anywhere in your life”. Ever since I can remember, my dad was always compared me to my older brothers. “You’ll see, she will beat you both and get top 10 in her class” he would say.
The Information Technology center here at San Diego Job Corps, has endless possibilities with me getting set up in my career. I must be eager and focused to fully understand the three most important pillars for a career is social, educational, and the professional standards is the foundation of any trade. Me personally to gain these vital life skills is something I will cherish with deep gratitude. My plan is to attend a four year university full time at University of Washington Bothell and major in computer science field because I am passionate about working with technology, and I want to understand how we can continue to draw knowledge from it. In addition, I plan to attend graduate school while working in the computer science field after I finished with my undergraduate school. I want to be able to give back to the society for all the resources it provided me to reach this point in my education and continue working toward fulfilling my life goals. The Intro to Computer Science class at Roosevelt is helping me understand what it takes to be a computer science major student. One thing I learned from the class is that success comes from patience and effort.
Philosophy is the love of wisdom. The Greek roots of the word philosophy, “Philo” and “Sophos” mean love, and wisdom, respectively. If asked “What is success?” philosophers provide different answers, but acknowledge superior education as imperative to success. As SUNY Geneseo claims, “Engaging in philosophical thinking is essential to a superior liberal arts education.”
As a computer science major, I understand the importance of being able to think critically and creatively, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with others. Wofford College's liberal arts curriculum will provide me with a diverse range of courses in subjects such as literature, philosophy, and history, which will help me develop a broad perspective and cultivate the skills necessary to be successful in the technology industry. Additionally, Wofford College's focus on community and civic engagement aligns with my personal values, and I believe that being part of a supportive community that values service and social responsibility will help me become a well-rounded individual and make a positive impact on the
As I think of the University of Mississippi, the aspect that most impresses me, and is an addition to my desire to immerse myself in this prominent learning community is the University's outstanding resources. I am very attracted to the opportunity to explore and learn at the University of Mississippi's science departments. Science has been my academic passion ever since I entered middle school. Since then, I have always wanted to get into the medical field to become a neurologist. I believe the brain is a black box with endless mysteries waiting to be explored.
Depict me; a full-time CSR, Mother, and wife. I have always wanted to go back to college, even after I dropped out, in 2010. I have always aspired to be a Network and Technology Manager. My dreams has been put on the back burner because of my priorities. Now, my priorities have changed, so now I can finish what I have started.
During my free time, I regularly watch the open course in YouTube to learn more about the computer science. For the past year, I have trained all the aptitude needed by computer
