Ms. Pedone and I quickly reviewed her monthly calendar to see if she had added anything new to it . She did not add anything to the calendar. Ms. Pedone and I reviewed her weekly schedule to help us establish and tweaks to her routines. We needed the weekly schedule, because it is hourly base and gave us a good time frame for the routines. While Ms. Pedone and I were trying to establish 3 routines for her family, I thought it would be best for us to first start by writing down the routines as she sees them now and things in a routine that she would like to change. First, thing I did was have Ms. Pedone tell me exactly what they do in the morning. By doing this we established that Jordanna is home by herself for roughly 2 hours. Ms. Pedone clarified that during this time she stays in constant communication with Jordanna by phone. She calls to wakes her up, tells her to get ready and then calls back repeatedly to check in to make sure Jordanna left out for school on time. …show more content…
Jordanna is normally home alone from 3pm to 7: 30pm. Ms. Pedone told me she has made arrangements for Jordanna to stay with a friend until she gets off of work and picks her up. Jordanna does her homework and eats dinner at her friend 's house. Their official night time routine starts at 8:30pm, but it depends on whether or not Ms.Pedone has to cook or if she has leftovers from the previous night. Jordanna bath time usually overlaps with Ms. Pedone cooking. After dinner Ms. Pedone checks Jordanna’s homework and pts her to bed. At the beginning of round one we had only one product available which was cake. As a company, we decided it would be best to move cake into the low-tech segment on the perceptual map. In order to do that we needed to make adjustments to the performance and size category. The performance was a little low from where we were wanting it. The first step we took to move its position was by increasing the performance from 6.4 to 6.9.

First and foremost, Riley described herself as tall for her age, with brown hair and blue eyes; she also stated that she likes to eat, she is athletic and in good shape, and shy. She reported soccer, golf, and swimming as the things she was best at. Additionally, I learned that Riley feels that she has a good relationship with her sister and parents. Riley described her relationship with her family as loving, good, and fun; however, Riley mentioned that recently she began fighting with her parents more. Additionally, some rules her parents set for her include being respectful, no lying, a bedtime of 10:00, and finishing homework before playing, while consequences if the rules are broken include removal of privileges, lectures, and spankings.

One of her strengths is that she is currently attending MacMurray College to obtain a degree in Social Work and Psychology, but she is stressed because she is not able to study and get her assignments done because of her home environment. Courtney also mentioned that her best friend just passed away from Osteosarcoma and she is coping with that. She states that the adaption to her being gone is not an easy transition and her home life is only making it more challenging because there is always negative energy towards her in the home.
