Personal Narrative: Soccer Is My Identity

If I have to choose a favorite sport it would have to be football. Football is physical hard-hitting contact sport that is full of excitement rooting for my home team the New York Jets. Back in 1997 is where I developed a full interest; watching and playing football at a young age. I have played fullback and linebacker both positions took a lot of hard work, conditioning, and practice to execute my performance on the field.

My life has changed, I won’t stop trying until i reach to my goals. I have been through the good and bad times, sometimes i get tired and wanted to give up but my coach’s words inspired me to do better. Without him, I would already gave up and never get to experienced this

My life with football With everything in the world I could be doing there is one thing that makes me lose track of time the most. That one thing is football, I've played since I was 8 years old. Football is such an unreal experience it's so hard to explain. I have been playing football for 10 years now and I wish I could play longer but I know that my football days are going to be over soon.

The whistle blew and both teams began to viciously fight for the ball until our fallen drops of sweat created puddles on the field. Every time someone would attempt a goal, the entire world fell silent until the ball idly stopped short of entering the goal. This continued for a long, strenuous forty minutes, and my team was sure we had won by a one point victory, when, unexpectedly, the other team scored a goal. My heart and confidence shattered as I watched the ball fly into the open goal. I could not believe that we were now tied, all the hard work for nothing.

My name is Kana Bizimungu and my favorite sport is soccer. I played soccer for over fourteen years. I’m a very good soccer player. I played with different friends and we had fun. I’m very happy when I play soccer in my country.

I 've played football my whole life. Even after 11 Years of the game it was shocking that I was not good. My whole life I always wanted to be the all star and the player everyone depended on.
