But I like it because I love the results I get from it. All right, keep going, and stop. All right, rest. Remember, if it 's too hard, you can just take a longer rest. If it 's too easy, speed it up, and go. Come on, I know you 're getting tired, but that 's a good thing. That means the ugly fat is coming off your body. That 's all that means. Come on. Keep going, and stop. That 's right. That 's right. If you don 't like the sound of my voice, just hit the mute button, and just look at the clock, and go. Just try to get a faster

Ali Nolan argues, in “Even When It’s Hard to Run, You Should Run”, that running may seem like a hassle at first glance, but in actuality running improves lives in various ways. Sometimes the time to start running doesn’t seem right or even possible, however an individual needs to make time for it. Contrary to the belief of most inactive people, running actually helps you cope with a busy schedule and is an incredible stress reliever. Nolan is a epitome of this argument because she has a chaotic life, yet she still finds time to train and complete a 20-miler. The usage of pathos, metaphorical language, imagery, and first person, aids the reader in comprehending her viewpoint.
"Weight loss is simple. Eat less, move more, use common sense with your food choices. This is simple, but weight loss is not easy and that's because food becomes a crutch - a source of comfort and a coping mechanism for so many." The Carroll Players performed the American play, Fat Pig, by playwright Neil LaBute, at Carroll University’s Otteson Studio Theatre, on Saturday, October 24, 2015. Two performances were scheduled (2:00 PM and 7:00 PM), and I attended the earlier show. The simple romantic relationship plot of “boy-meets-girl and they fall in love” cleverly twisted into comedic satire, as “the girl” is a pretty, plus-size librarian and “the boy” is a handsome, physically-fit professional man living in a big city. The play’s director, Ryan Albrechtson, theatre arts major senior, captured the plot’s irony.

As contained in the guidelines of the assignment I must participate in the activity for 30 minutes and record my results. For this, I decided to go through a chest workout which is my favorite weight training workout. Like any other workout, I take about 10-15 minutes to properly warm up by doing what 's called a dynamic warm-up. A dynamic warm-up gets me focused on what 's to come and it also helps mitigate the risk of injury while lifting. Before this workout, I was very stressed about all of the studying I have to do before the term is over.
