In order to achieve this goal, I will take the following steps or I would take the following actions. Action 1) identifying the pressures that have been created: pressure situations have an indirect and direct Impact on both yourself and your surroundings. The most common signs of a person whom is pressured/ stressed are firstly an individual may develop a loss of interest in his or her work, have trouble concentrating or is socially withdrawn from a group with a group situation or the individual becomes anti-social (Mortillaro & Scherer, 2014). I will need to utilise my ability to allocate time within my days off and lunch breaks at work to identify any issues that may arise within my Co-operative Education at Ogilvy and Mather. Thus by starting small or asserting yourself with much smaller tasks such as asking to be moved to a different seat in a restaurant. By being assertive in smaller situations such as in a restaurant will enable individuals to become confident in being appropriately assertive (Tartakovsky, 2015). Step 2) Identifying Personal Limits (learn to say no): For myself I find it hard to say no to people whom ask something of me I feel that I’m being rude and selfish. However, being assertive in this sense is considered to be healthy for an individual to set these limits according to (Pfafman & McEwan, 2014). Step 3) communication within the workplace: The communication of an individual’s needs and feelings within an organisation can relieve one’s workplace pressures but also builds the confidence of an individual to become for assertive in appropriate situations within the workplace. By communicating with others about a needs and feelings towards certain roles within an organisation will eliminate the common feeling of guilt when being assertive. According to (Pelling, 2014) guilt is a common feeling felt by people whom are not used to being assertive and is overcome by repetition of events where an individual is appropriately
Anderson, Indiana used to be an exciting town full of businesses and factories. It was a great place to live and many people wanted to live here because there were many opportunities and places for people to get jobs. In the last thirty or so years, Anderson has become the exact opposite of what it used to be. There is not much of anything here now and everyone who currently resides here is looking for a way out. There are a few to no successful factories like there used to be in Anderson years ago.
The financial situation I see myself in consists of sharing a rented apartment with one other person—likely my sister or a close friend—and working at Badcock Home Furniture & More with an income around $14 an hour. Additionally, I imagine I would have a small side income based on my artistic works, but it wouldn’t not be too large due to the time each piece would take to create alongside a 40-hour work week. I do not imagine either myself or my roommate owning a pet or using cable television, and I know whoever I would room with would remain fairly frugal with their money. Furthermore, renting an apartment would reduce many of the expenses of living in a house, such as home improvement, repairs, and gardening. My cellphone plan is still under
1. Create an applied research project. a. Identify what type of applied analysis you would be conducting (process evaluation, outcome evaluation, needs assessment, or combination of any of these). This is a needs assessment analysis that targeted an old model of issuing identification cards to abuse victims trying to leave their abuser, which was problematic because of the time it took to issue the cards and the methods it employed requiring the victims to prove who they are. This assessment, evaluation of an old government model was to determine if the new model was more effective than the old model for this particular program and if the officials tasked with issuing new and or replacement identification to the women and their families
During Week One, the researcher met with the two focus groups to establish a different rapport and provide an explanation of the research study. Although the researcher had previously established a rapport with the students in each group, it was imperative that the students not view the researcher as one of their Assistant Principals while the study was being conducted. Once the researcher gauged the initial feeling tone towards the research project that had been presented to the focus groups, permission forms were sent home with each participant. Lastly, the researcher conducted an informal observation in both classrooms.
Week two has been a little more challenging versus week one. I was tempted with sweet tea several times which has made it more difficult. I truly expected it to be easier because I thought after the first week my body would start to adapt without the caffeine from sweet tea. This is not how I expected the assignment to go. I honestly thought I would not have any issues or have any withdrawal symptoms.
1- Talking about inspirations, I need to divide into three different categories: concept, style, and material. The idea for this series of drawings comes from human life cycle and I visualize it based on my personal surreal imagination. The human 's life cycle always start by a zygote, then the zygote becomes an embryo, after born there are two main stages, first is before adulthood when there are many conflicts and variances that shape the personality, another stage is the adulthood when the character is totally formed and all those conflicts become part of the personality. During the whole cycle, changes are needed for the evolution. I decided to show these changes with limbs and their different gestures which express diverse feelings.

Experiencing (or doing) of a task is the first stage in which the individual, team or organization simply carries out the task assigned. The engaged person is usually not reflecting on the task as this time, but carrying it out with intention. Organizations at this stage may recognize that people with different backgrounds may have different experiences, and that such people are likely to vary in their readiness for their intercultural learning. Reflection involves reviewing what has been done and experienced. The skills of noticing differences in an organization help learners (e.g.,organizational members) identify subtle events and communicate
“You have to put a smile on your face. You cannot groan, you cannot complain. You have to always be happy and content, or you will be labeled as annoying, always-whining, or ungrateful.” (Salma Waheeb). Feeling pressured in situations never stops.
First, students won’t have too much pressure. They can do better knowing they don’t have pressure. It won’t them feel rushed like they are the last one to finish. Some people think pressure is good so they will get use to it.
