There are different personality theories, including but not limited to behavioral theories, biological theories, psychodynamic theories, Humanistic theories and trait theories. This paper lays focus on the humanistic perspective and embarks on assessing its cultural relevance, how it was applicable for the time it was created and ways in which it remains relevant today The humanistic perspective is one of the most popular theories.
