Subject: REQUEST FOR PROMOTION
Dear Mr. Wilson, I am writing to express my interest in the recently posted position on Ymcaforus.org page for an Athletic Fitness Supervisor. Since I was first hired 3 years ago as the Swim Team Head Coach at the YMCA, I have been working towards my goal of transitioning into a leadership role. I have diligently observed as well as participate in duties outside my position to help prepare me for this opportunity. I have supervised in the absence of management and performed other functions of my manager to assist as needed. It has been with the help of my superiors and peers that I feel I am

I have volunteered at a variety of sports centers, community centers, and have worked closely behind a selected view Athlethes. With some of these experiences I had the opportunity to aquire some leadership and magamnet skills. With many that I have worked with can say my personal traits are excellent for this type of position. I have received many awards for my personality. One award being the most energetic and personable employee. I have also been awarded employee of the month.
Thirdly, I have been identified by management as having leadership abilities and therefore, I have participated in several management training programs. I enjoy coaching, mentoring, and helping the youth to perform at their highest level. I am reliable, honest, trustworthy, integrity, and I am very compassionate in what I do.
I do understand that with a promotion come additional responsibilities and challenges that I am willing to accept. I am a very dedicated, hard working, individual who is not afraid to accept challenges. There is absolutely no doubt that I am more than capable of handling this responsibility. Being in this line of

September 25th, 2015 Mrs. Joan L. Locke 2356 North Central Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85004 Dear Mr. Locke: Thank you for helping our sponsor by assisting on our trip to Flagstaff last week. It was a pleasure to meet you and hear about the various trips you have made in southwestern United States.
I have worked in many leadership roles in the past, which include dealing with both children and young adults that has caused me to build a huge amount of patience. I am a very confident and optimistic woman who is very encouraging and will push anyone to their full potential. I am able to adapt to many different situations and able to interact with a wide variety of personalities. I am a very dedicated and passionate person, who puts their all into everything they do. I have mediated conflicts before, as well as delegated for those who have felt they had no voice.
I am writing this letter in hopes of convincing your Highness to give permission to me to continue similar expeditions in the future. As someone who is quite interested in exploration and navigation, I believe that these types of journeys will very beneficial. Such travels have and will continue to help us figure out efficient trade routes, gain more knowledge about exotic lands such as the New World, and develop alliances with the native people. Your Highness would find it simply unbelievable as to how such explorations can facilitate in the growth of the economy, trade, and power. Why are effective trade routes so important?
(Month) 29, 1032 Dearest Banquo, Friend, while what I have done may seem back-stabbing I assure you, to betray your trust over minuscule would be foolish and immature. You simply cannot fathom the dangers of holding the position of King, especially after the way I acquired such power. After the witches told me what the possibilities, I knew I had to make sure I’d never lose this position. You and your son were a threat to me because of the prophecy told by the weird sisters. I’ve done no wrong, only seized and opportunity before I was stripped of it.
A unique prespective and strength I would like to bring along is my leadership skills. I want to help guide people and support
A prime example was when I was the secretary of the Battle of the Books team. Not only was the secretary, but I was the oldest member of the team. That was one of my earliest positions of leadership and where I learned the significance of reliability. My ambition was to contribute to everything I did in various ways. The following year I participated in a total of eight different school clubs, most of them happened simultaneously.
I am evolved with volunteering at various events through the Interact club here at MHS. By volunteering within the town it gives me good morals. It teaches me to always give back to my community, but it is rewarding to help people in need. My leadership skills shines when I babysit. It is a huge responsibility to make sure a child, or sometimes an infant is safe at all times.
As a candidate for the National Junior Honor Society, I understand that is it not important to only have good grades and help the community. Being in NJHS means that you have to be a role model to everyone around you. A role model is someone who is a leader, demonstrates citizenship, and has good character. One aspect of being a role model is having leadership. Honesty, integrity, commitment, passion, accountability, and empathy are some of the qualities that all leaders should have.
I have attended several leadership camps and seminars, but there is always room for improvement in regards to leadership abilities. Having a higher leadership role than what I already have will significantly improve my knowledge of leadership and better refine the leadership skills that I already have. There are a lot of
I have leadership skills that are portrayed at school, at church and at after school activities. I also should be in it because of my strong character and how I can work in a team. I have never gotten a MRI or an ODR, always thinking about helping others and cheering them up. Also I try to be a good influence on everyone by behaving and being gentle. Also, I like helping my team and treating everyone equally.
Through service I give back to my community and others. Lastly through leadership I take initiative to help others who are in
Dear, I ‘m writing you to ask that you vote no on the Proposed Keystone XL Pipeline. The reason personally that I believe that you should vote no is because of the problems that will occur do to transporting oil in this way. Not only are we effected the environment in a negative way, we are also putting lives in jeopardy. The 1700 mile underground pipeline would link the tar sands fields of northern Alberta to oil refineries in Texas may sound like a great idea, let me tell you why I know that it is a bad idea.
I am always looking for a challenge and expect to excel each time. I have distinguished myself from my peers by taking on extra responsibilities
Through self-reflection and academic readings, I have discovered that I identify with three different leadership theories. During the first meeting in a Strength Based Leadership class, we were asked to write our leadership history. The class then began an ongoing exploration of various leadership theories. Upon reviewing my leadership history from the first class and synthesizing the information from the theories that were examined, I discovered that I most resonate with the Trait Leadership Theory, the Skills Leadership Theory, and the Path-Goal Leadership theory. These theories are leader focused, describing the process and techniques a leader uses to accomplish goals.
