Throughout history, there have many wars that caused by many reasons. Also, all war can make good and bad effects for the world. One famous war in history was the Spanish-American War of 1898. It was caused by fuzzy. The war has left a long term effect on both sides that involved in the war. Both Spain and the United States were truly impacted by the war because the war happened unexpectedly. The Spanish-American War was not started by one event alone, but with the accumulation many events which caused the war to explode. The Mexican-American War marked an enormous symbolic impact for both nations which changed people’s lives. There’s many similarities and differences between these two countries, the combat that began during 1846 between Mexicans and Americans has brought catastrophe and teared many families apart. The war commenced because Mexico claimed the Nueces River and its northeastern boarder while Americans demanded the Rio Grande River. Overall they had problems with land property, Mexico started the battle first and launch fire on April 25, 1846. One thing is that the US took full responsibility of anyone person living Florida injured during the time America was taking over. Citizens could make claims for damage resulting from the fighting, but the United State would not pay more than five million dollars in these claims. The US also thought that Spain should pay for some of the claims by their citizens. Three commissioners were chosen to decide if the claims are true or not and had the consent of the Senate. The President can fill the spot of one of these commissioner if he is dead, sick, or is taking necessary absence but also has to take oaths.
