The definition of a team can be defined many different ways. It may be defined as a group of people who are interdependent with respect to information, resources, and skills, who seek to combine their efforts to achieve a common goal. The dynamics of a team is the manner in which the team relates with regard to the interpersonal relationships involved in order for the conglomeration to achieve a common goal. In this task, I’m addressing the importance of team dynamics as it relates to the success and failure of a team and its goals.It also provides an overview of how teams perform within the organization to achieve the organization's strategic objectives. The team based organization (TBO) model presents managing a team based organization. This model is much common in many organization designs. It starts with the company strategy i.e. goal, it includes an initiative like how, performance is measured i.e. outcome and feedback loops to redirects to strategic and operational issues. In successfully Team based organization the complete focus is not only on teams but also highlights the essential role of the managers.

Pvt. Ltd seems working individually but actually they are working in team. Despite of strong team bond, few members seems to have poor experience in IT related field. It cannot be denied that working in team dynamics is an essential aspect nowadays. Individual might possess a number of team roles but the more appropriately team roles are combined, the more successfully members perform. Several authentic team-building actions can be valuable for them, but eventually, to achieve enhanced teamwork organization must get the accurate essentials first. Team building can be pursued through a variety of activities, ranging from the simple and basic, such as one off bonding exercises before or during meetings, to complex, multi-day simulations, trainings or retreats carefully organised by professional associations or companies specialising in such programmes. These latter full scale team building exercises or less intensive variations thereof may include seminars, workshops or conferences. Many team build ideas fall somewhere within this range and can also include an internally planned day out doing active outdoor pursuits such as paintball, rope courses or orienteering. Team building can also be achieved through healthy competition, such as baseball or soccer games organised against other companies or organisations; or through events such as community service projects, held for good socially worthy causes. Teambuilding is now widely recognised and accepted as being a significant and workable variable in many, if not most, group environments where performance is dependent on how well the group unit works together.

INTRODUCTION The word ‘team’ can be defined as a group of people working together towards a common goal. A team also generally is known as a group of people with different skills and different tasks, who works together on a common project, services, or goal. Then, the important thing in teamwork is ‘collaboration’, which is the act of working effectively with others to achieve a common goal. Collaboration acts as the lifeblood in the team, even the team is not large enough, but the collaboration is required.
The goals created for the organization have to be aligned with the strategic goals and overall mission of the entire organization.
Therefore, perception impacts team dynamics through the manner in which the members that make up the team view the formal factors in the organization, such as the goals and their expected roles in achieving them. The reason perception affects this process is because if the team members can’t perceive the goal of the team properly then they might not be working towards it. Ultimately, the team faces a gap between what is required of the individuals and what is actually being done. For instance, an online shopping store has identified its main corporate goal is to gain trust and confidence of its clients, built on its promise to deliver orders to their destinations as promised, the manner in which the employees perceive this goal will affect the way in which they work toward accomplishing it. Employees may not have the same understanding of this statement.

Introduction Team leadership encompasses many things. It may seem like a simple and small task, but in a real sense, it is complex and comes with responsibilities, and commonly, it determines the success of any team or a group. However, the value of teamwork should not be overemphasized considering that all organizations need individuals and personnel who are willing to share ideas, listen to others and contribute to the problem solving of any given group or a company. Team leaders should have the ability, authority, and power to analyze data and information with a team of people with a common aim and objective as well as issues. The leader should understand the dynamic patterns, the connections and relations between paramount factors in these objectives, aims and issues that help in the analysis process.
When the team’s performance expectations are met, there should be rewards and recognitions so as to encourage them to continue their great performance. Nonetheless, since performance is link to remunerations, team members might feel competitive and hence resort to unethical ways in order to achieve their targets. Alternatively, attending leadership training to improve leadership skills and to upgrade the current skills can be done.
