Poor choices can lead to bad things. Yet if you set your mind to something positive, you can achieve it, and can change your life around in a positive direction. A story on how you can change your life even though you’ve done something terribly wrong. This is why if you want to be successful it doesn't take changing your surroundings, but changing your mind. Chris Green wasn’t Chris Green anymore. He was now #76549. His inmate number was known all around the Middlesex County Jail. The police rushed to the scene and arrested Chris Green and was quick to assist the taxi driver who was pronounced dead at the hospital.” said Judge Shangy. Chris pled not guilty to these allegations but was later convicted by the judge in court 25 years to life. That conviction didn’t stop Chris from thinking differently about the world and change his bad behavior. Chris was getting into a lot of fights with other prisoners. He got into one fight because it supposedly helped him take his anger out. Once he even got into a fight just because another prisoner wouldn’t give him his food when he asked for it. All these nonsense fights would get him into more trouble than he is already in. He kept fighting a getting locked up in a room by himself for about 50 days. Chris’s family has supported Chris always but were greatly disappointed for murdering someone and his recent actions which is getting into a large amount of fights. That Saturday, Chris’s mother Talia went to visit Chris in jail because he had just finished his 50 days. She brought him a gift. While he was there, he decided to give the reading a try since there was nothing else to do. He read the first chapter and couldn’t stop reading he got lost in the book. By the time the 50 days were up and he had already finish all the book, the whole entire series. He was so inspired by all the books he wanted to make something of his own. So he started writing about life in jail and how it horrible. In the 10 days he had left he wrote the whole book and was ready to proofread it. He had written about the food to the people in the Middlesex County Jail. The days after he got out of the single cell he spent his time reading his story to his cell mate which was an old man who loved stories. He had listened to the whole thing and thought it was excellent and worth publishing. 24 years passed and Chris has been working on plenty of stories and staying out of trouble. He got out of jail and everyone knew who he was and what he had done. Everyone would always walk by and give him a dirty look or walk away and hide their kids.
