On 03-07-16 at about 1839 hours, Officer Saunders #7720 and I responded to 610 N. Oakland Avenue #5 for a battery with great bodily injury investigation. Upon our arrival we met with Victim Raun Gibson who stated his daughter, Suspect Lanaye Gibson hit him several times across his face and bite him on his right forearm. Victim Gibson sustained two bite marks across his right forearm as a result of Suspect Gibson bitting him. I saw that Victim Gibson sustained two bite marks across his upper right forearm. Officer Saunders and I arrested Suspect Gibson for PC 243(d)-Battery with great bodily injury. Suspect Gibson is currently fifteen years old and does not have identification. On 11/07/2017, the agent received a Law Enforcement Contact form indicating offender Joe A. Slugger was at the K&D Tap on 11/06/2017 having unauthorized contact with Sandra Williams. It was stated in the LEC form that Joe Slugger was drinking alcohol and will be referred for the charge of felony Substantial Battery by Badger Police Department after he was witnessed to hit Sandra Williams with his open right hand to Sandra William’s left side of her face and then grab Sandra Williams by the back of her head and slamming her head onto the bar counter where she was seated. Sandra Williams was observed having a visible red mark on her face and a laceration on her forehead that later required eight stitches. On 11/08/2017, the agent received a police report from Badger Police Department Officer Konkol (Case number 1-98-00456723) stating Officer Konkol and Officer Sandner were dispatched to the K&D Tap (223 W. main Street, Badger WI) where they made contact with Joe Slugger.

Police officers used a Taser twice on Darryl while taking him into custody, after collapsing he was unable to be revived. Tammy Lou Fontenot was charged with administering Turner’s estate.
• P alleges excessive force and false arrest. P claims he was at his former girlfriend’s apartment when two MOS arrested. P claims that he was placed in RMP and taken to PSA 6 precinct. P claims that at the precinct several MOS assaulted him causing him to lose vision in one eye. MOS Carlos Sierra was not present at the precinct for the incident.
SYNOPSIS: At 0903 hours, on May 5, 2016, I, Cpl. Lessane, with the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office, responded to Yemassee Police Department, in the Yemassee area of Hampton County, in regards to an verbal assault between an Insurance Agent and the Mayor of Yemassee. Bobby Arnett, agent from All State stated he was threatened by the Mayor of Yemassee, Jerry Cook, when he attempted to go recover an vehicle from Jerry’s Used Cars. Mr. Arnett stated upon his arrival, Mr. Cook arrived at his business shortly after him and made verbal threats to kill him.

I took photographs of Mr. Youngs apartment, the abrasion on Mr. Youngs forehead, as well as where the Taser probes penetrated his upper back. The photographs are stored in the “U” drive, in folder “Hurst, L” and under incident number “160183081.” An incident report was completed by Officer Pinkerman Report# 160183081. Officer Martin turned in the spent Taser cartridge (SN#C41041HTD) with two probes, barbs still intact, but wires disconnected, to the property room, property number 16004654.

The accused has been only described as Det. SMITH, male, black, first name and star number unknown. R/Sgt initially contacted the complainant via telephone on 03 June 2015. The complainant at that time requested that the R/Sgt re-contact her at a later date. (Attachment #3)
In addition to Wehrman’s original statement she stated that the male that assaulted her had an orange key chain hanging from the front of his pants. She described the suspect as being in his 20’s, dark hair, olive skin, fit build with no facial hair, 5’6” tall, and 140 pounds. Wehrman also stated that the suspect had a tattoo on his right forearm. The tattoo was writing that went from the suspect’s wrist to his elbow. The suspect’s physical description matches Hicks physicals.

On 07/01/17, at 3:21pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian was dispatched to Kids Kingdom Childcare and Learning Center (970 Oakland Park Ave), on a dog at large, no known owner. I arrived at the location and met with complainant Latanya Cox and victim Jamaal Cox Jr. Ms. Cox stated that she sent her grandson outside to retrieve something from her vehicle. When her grandson returned, he stated that a brown and white pit bull was outside growled and approached him. He was able to get inside before the pit bull caused any harm. Ms. Cox escorted me outside where she point out a white house just behind the childcare center.
On July 15, 2016 the State charged Mr. Lawrence with the assault and theft of Ms. Fitzgerald. On July 16, 2016, Ms. Fitzgerald identified Mr. Lawrence form a photo lineup based on the tattoo on Mr. Lawrence’s right arm. On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. I arrived at the University Police Department's lobby and was met by a female and two males. The female was later identified as Terry Giang. Giang was going to be interview by Detective Jeff Rider
On 09/18/2016, at approximately 2148 hours, at the Durango Jail located at3225 W Gibson Ln Phoenix, AZ 85009 an Inmate/Inmate fight had occurred in Durango 3 B Pod between Inmate Moothery, Naz T303229 and Inmate Sams, Worine T284566. Upon entering Durango 3 B Pod, Inmate Sams approached Inmate Moothery and begun fighting by Durango 3 B Pod door. Multiple strikes were thrown by both inmates until Inmate Moothery had fallen to the Pod floor. At that time Officer Serrano approached the pod door and gave both inmates commands to stop fighting. No radio call was made due to both inmates complying with the orders given.
McClain denies knowing the suspect, although 697 calls were linked between McClain and the suspect. A full order of protection was filed against Dr. McClain by Stockton resulting from the calls and stalking allegations. Dr. McClain denies all of the allegations. Please refer to case
