Centralization's attitude is only a few government officials, most the president and his advisors, make decisions on foreign and military policy. Hudson believes centralization hurts democracy due to the fact that a small group of people is making a major public decision and this is a strength in Hudson's agreement. One weakness in his argument is he does not believe leaders have to isolate themselves to make effective decisions. In certain cases, leaders have to surround their selves with people who are very knowledgeable about that certain topic. In leadership roles, such as the President of the United States, the leader has to make hard and complex decisions and make them in a timely matter.
These smaller groups are assigned to a particular field of service. Each semi-autonomous group has a group head who is designated as the Executive officer or Vice-President of that particular section. The top executive of a specific section only manages the general activities such as hiring and budgeting of that particular section only. The divisional hierarchy prevalent in the Bank of America has various advantages associated with it.
Explain the difference between a centralized organization and a decentralized organization. A centralized organization generally relies on a single person or a very small, select group of people to make the decisions for the rest of the organization to follow. Pertaining to criminal justice, this would be a national police force under the federal government or, in the more extreme cases, under a single totalitarian leader. Examples of nations with a centralized police force are Israel, Denmark, Belgium, and Sweden, where centralization has seen some success (Berkley, 1970). Contrarily, examples of centralization could also be found in Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, and fascist Italy and Spain (Berkley, 1970).
Most rumors start with some truth, then, as they are passed from one person to another, people change some of the information or the whole story. Many people, today, are manipulated by others into spreading information about individuals

Do you know the importance of having a hierarchy structure within any given work space? Without structure there would be no clear line of communication between workers. Having a structure in a workplace establishes communication skills, defuses conflicts, and also provides awareness of leaders who are in charge of you.
Apple adopts decentralized control. Decentralization management is usually applied to industries with large scale,a variety of products, fast market change and scattered regional distribution, just like Apple company.
