In the business communication, these three factors are described as interpersonal communication, intercultural communication and organizational communication. The interaction can be described as more interpersonal than intercultural as a result of the degree of interactant is drawing on personality traits, personal values and experience. When people from different cultural background become close to each other, their interactions typically move along the continuum from more intercultural to more interpersonal, though intercultural elements may always play a role. This gets proved when our group member worked together. For intercultural communication, a fundamental problem have to do with is misunderstanding. Because all my group members are from different counties, the culture backgrounds are also quite different. When we started doing our group project, because of the different culture background, the common pre-understanding within our group member is not so much. However, the common pre-understanding is quite important for us to do our group project. As a result of lacking of common pre-understanding, we get into trouble with misunderstanding. There are two female in our group, one from Thailand and the other from Indonesia. They are quite strict with the group project, however, me and my Korea friend are relaxed. This made them not so happy with us. So, the relationship within our group members is not well at that time. Now I realized that in order to participate in and study intercultural communication requires us taking consideration of differences in understanding, values and attitudes that people with different culture background. DESCRIPTION In week five we learnt about communication channels, it means the mode of communication people use to communicate in an organisation in order to perform tasks. INTERPRETE It is important to choose the correct form of communication when dealing with employees because communication develop good relationship among people without misunderstanding .When communicating we need to choose the right channel to communicate for example using electronic ,face to face communication ,written communication ( Samson & Daft 2015).By coming up with effective communication I will need to identify how choose wisely to avoid misunderstanding among ourselves.

The author completely neglects other social factors such as race, class, and ethnicity and their crucial interplay with gender, and treats gender and sex as unidimensional categories and the most significant features of human lives, even though they are not. The book exhibits poor transition between claims, and makes use of anecdotal material/ information to support these claims. Overall, there is a need for comprehensive research to be conducted in the field of cross-cultural communication. Such research should observe human conversation and be sensitive to social factors such as race, class, and ethnicity.

Introduction: Languages and interactions are two principal concepts in present days. Being master in using and perceiving the modern methods of communications at works furnishes us with intellectual tools which we cannot afford to reject. With the expanding of organizations in the world and working internationally the needs of understanding other cultures and new ways of dealing with others become a key aspect of competitive advantages for any organization. Any organization regarding to meet its objectives and goals; assigns some written or not written norms, values, culture and behavioural patterns which should be understood and pursued by all the co-workers. This will create an employer image in labour market locally as well as in the international business market.
In society today, communication classes are highly over looked because of our new developing technology. People don’t realize how much a communication class could benefit them. We have lost sight of verbal communication skills. This class has taught me to put my phone down and communicate with others. It has opened my eyes to the real world without technology.
