A Sayre man is behind bars after a package containing $50,000 worth of Bath Salts was delivered to his residence. 23-year-old Wyatt Yanney was arrested after law enforcement officials tracked a package containing 500 grams of Alpha PVP (Bath Salts) to his residence on Wheelock Avenue. Once Yanney took custody of the package and left his home, police arrested him and executed a search warrant. Police seized Cocaine, Heroin, Marijuana and Molly from Yanney 's residence. They also found cash, assault rifles, handguns and a shot gun. Yanney is being charged with POSSESSION WITH THE INTENT TO DELIVER A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (4 counts), and CRIMINAL USE OF A COMMUNCATION FACILITY. MILLERSBURG — For the second time in recent history, a man convicted of making meth has withdrawn a long-ago guilty plea in an attempt to remedy a issue created by a recent Supreme Court decision, which defeated the initial intent of his original sentence. Troy Lastohkein, 49, who has been serving an eight-year sentence at Richland Correctional Institution, sat Thursday in the Common Pleas Court Judge Robert Rinfret's courtroom. There he withdrew his initial guilty plea to felony charges of illegal assembly of chemicals to manufacture methamphetamine, child endangering and drug trafficking. He immediately pleaded guilty to similar charges, which limit the mandatory time he is required to serve before being eligible for early release.

Defensive linemen Ethan Westbrooks was arrested after a highway patrol officer found a stolen gun in his vehicle. He was speeding in interstate 5 near Bakersfield California when a highway patrol officer stopped him and asked for his license and registration. Westbrook was searching for his registration and the officer spotted an illegal gun in the glove department. He was arrested on Friday on suspicion of possessing a loaded firearm, possessing a stolen firearm and possessing a high-capacity magazine. The gun was reported stolen back in 2009 in Sacramento, California with a clip that holds 13 rounds.

On 07/15/2017, members of the Little Rock Police Department Downtown Division arrested Zachary Hicks, W/M, DOB: 10/07/1986, at 6100 Mitchell Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Hicks was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Loitering. Mr. Hicks was transported to the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility and held in lieu of bond. Mr. Hicks was assigned Street Narcotics Suspect #2017-SN-459, in reference to this incident.
