While sitting down with her recently, she shared with me her experiences over the past 66 years of her life. For me, the storyline of a film is always paramount to my liking it or not. It can have the best actors in the world and be filled to overflowing with special effects, but if it doesn't have an engaging story, I lose interest pretty rapidly. With Hallmark, storylines are predictable but solid and sometimes touching. But I will admit that I rarely seek out the writer of the story unless it is an author I recognize or whose work I may be interested in reading at a later date.
