The analysis of, Job Redesign for Extended HIM Functions, shows that is very thorough, thus with very minimum things to correct, but only to complement. In this case this analysis of the paper turn in by the author, Elizabeth Layman, in which she defines the goals in this case to be; Implementation of electronic health records and constant change in the health care delivery system have altered the nature of work in Health Information Services (HIS) Departments. This is suggested with the supervising of a leader in the group in order to maintain the chain of command informed of the developments, in the paper the author supports well the idea of job enrichment, with the implementations of new task to be performed and the reason why is best to do so, but most of the time this changes will require the re-adjustment of salaries and job titles in the departments, ( this is why the author advises to have clearance from the Human Resources Department, in order to factor in the cost of this changes to the budget) it is worth noticing that not all employees would do well in this redesigning of the
On Saturday 09/06/16 at about 0530 hours Elizabeth Cervantes-Hocking came into the lobby of the Auburn Police department to provide a statement. I contacted Elizabeth in the lobby, and she stated she wanted to provide a statement for this case because she believed the Police did not get the full story the night of the incident. I obtained a video statement from Elizabeth using my department cell phone and the following is a summary of that statement. Elizabeth said on 07/09/16, the night of the incident, her roommates decided to call the Police because she was screaming. I asked Elizabeth what she was screaming for, and she said she had a long day, and she was in an agitated mood.
Summary: First off I would like to thank everyone who sends their worries for Elizabeth Key’s sons. After playing the role of Key, I understand why she left a mark in history. It is not only the fact that Key was the first black slave to gain her freedom or the fact that she’s a woman and married to an Englishman, but her strong spirit and unwillingness to give into the faith the whites have planted for her. If Key and her husband had given up when the higher court appealed her petition for freedom, she would not have a lasting impression for the other slaves. The case of Elizabeth Key was not only a big deal to the slaves but to the laws in Virginia as well.
A strong work ethic, a fierce focus, an attention to detail, and a strong desire for success…these are some of the qualities that make Miss Elizabeth Peck a very special young lady. I have known Elizabeth for two and a half years as her classroom teacher and Beta Club advisor. In every interaction that I have had with Elizabeth, she has been the picture of maturity and class. She is an extraordinary young lady who has proven that persistence is the most reliable indicator of success.

In 1917, a woman named Elizabeth Huntley decapitated her own daughter. When her case was brought to trial, doctors and professionals wrote it off as depression. Friends and family described that Huntley was a joyful woman until the air raids happened in London. She had nervous breakdowns during the air raids and even more so when her children screamed and cried. Before her doctor got her out of London and away from her children, she had already murdered her child.
2. Issue-Solving the disconnect between regional managers. Goal-Issue needs to be dealt with in a positive way, in no way do we want these changes to alter the culture of the organization. Suggested Solution- slow implementation of and IT system that can bring a sort of social network between each level of management.
This will also affect the performance of the employees if there’s no additional manpower associated with this change. Advanced machineries may also be required if product line expansion is pushed hence this will lead to training and development of employees.
