Feedback is a significant element in determination of education quality as well as in effective learning where it portrays the learning outcomes for students and the successes for the tutors. There are many aspects that concern educationists with regards to feedback but the relationship between perspectives of learning as well as teaching and feedback stands as the most important among them. Feedback should be conveyed in different modes in a learning environment but whatever mode chosen creates room for dialogue between the tutor and students. Therefore, it is only through feedback that the student engagement relationship with the feedback as well as the tutors’ perceptions of learning, teaching and assessment that such successes can be established.
The Rationale
Feedback is closely related to learning and teaching theories making it a significant element in learning despite the theories that may be adapted. In the learning environment, the purpose of feedback may vary but the tutor is bestowed with the responsibility to provide positive reinforcement to encourage students’ applications of learning in new environments. With feedback, both the student and tutors get to a common ground where success in learning can be quantified.

Written Assignment Week 2 BUS1101 September 12, 2015 I chose to review Kid Dent which is a dental office in New Jersey that specializes in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics as well as special needs patients. In other words, the office caters to children for dentistry and braces. The website did not have an “About Us” page but it did share the office’s vision and mission statements on the website itself within the first few topic options. They stated that they would provide care that is exceptional and with compassion to children, teenagers and special needs patients.
Being in front of this challenge students try to work harder in order to succeed. In the article, Sherry uses pieces of evidence from her personal experience and examples to support her thesis. Also, her article is well-organized, and Sherry uses an academic language. However, Sherry do not consider many aspects that might affect students. She gives to much importance the example that she gives with her son.
It is a good idea to discuss with the teacher about the learning outcomes, and the ways to carry out an activity beforehand. The support practitioners can make notes and observations during the activity and then provide feedback

What does a new grading system mean for students? Great success or prominent failure? Most teachers have strayed away from the typical grading system which focused on homework, quizzes, and tests. Instead, students are given a long term assignment and must produce an oral presentation. I believe that these new requirements of students are setting the students up for failure in the long run.
Bloom (1969), suggested that it is a teaching tool rather than for grading pupils. Wininger (2005), Walker (2008), and William (2009), widely support the suggestions by Bloom (1969). Butler (1987), argues that the use of grades even with comments, can have a negative effect on pupil progress. The sample population that can be used in this study will include students from the previous semester that were enrolled in the sections. To gather up the previous students, an email will be sent to all. The sample population will be chosen by using a system that chooses every fifth respondent. The email will simply ask each students’ earned grade in the course and the gender of their professor. This is done in order to determine the experimental and control groups.
These include emotional, mental, and behavioural difficulties. It is observed that the information is not presented to the teacher making it important to view the issues with open mind. Although the teacher cannot immediately find solutions to the problem but the teacher must be capable enough to become aware of the situation and must have knowledge of the techniques that can be used for facilitating students. The students that are passive are characterised through failure or fearing relationships due to which it becomes important for them to avoid criticism, developing the environment of the class that is in close knit and rewarding success. These are the common needs of students that must be considered in effective class management because it helps in learning more easily and conveniently.
