(Relevancy Statement)- Haiti located in the subtropics on the western third of Hispaniola, the second largest island in the Caribbean, which it shares with Dominican Republic, our neighbor islands include Cuba, Jamaica, and Puerto Rico. III. (Credibility Statement) - My family are from Haiti, I was born there then moved here with my mother when I was 11. IV. (SP 1 The Haitian People feel very strongly about greetings, Men shake hands on meeting and departing, men and women kiss on the cheek when greeting, women kiss each other on the cheek. An older person might be called “aunt” or “uncle” as sign of respect even if they not related. B. (SP 2) - The tradition of hospitality is clear in how they treat guests or go out of their way to help strangers find an address or something else they need.
