Jeffrey Dahmer was born on May 21, 1960 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (“Jeffrey Dahmer”). He was very happy and energetic until age four when he had a surgery to correct a double hernia. This surgery seemed to cause a change in him, and he became very introverted after the birth of his brother, David Dahmer. In his teen years, he was very tense and had hardly any friends. Dahmer claimed that by the age of 14, compulsions toward murder and necrophilia developed.

Dahmer was very fascinated with the skeletal structure of his victims, he would preserve his later victims body parts along with taking part in necrophilic tendencies and cannibalism. Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer was an American serial killer who murdered 17 men and boys with the majority of the murders occurring in Milwaukee Wisconsin. His murders were acts of necrophilia, dismemberment and cannibalism. In 1991 Dahmer’s had started killing one victim a week. It was not until Dahmer was unable master his 18th victim, Tracy Edwards, that he was caught It was then that Dahmer’s deadly secrets were found and led police to uncover the murders through pictures and trophies kept by Dahmer.

After picking up hitchhiker Steven Hicks, Dahmer lured the youth into his home and bludgeoned him with a dumbell (Mendoza 1). Unfortunately, this killing was the first of many. After a brief stint moving to San Antonio, Jeff was forced to move in to his grandmother’s house back in Milwaukee where the murders continued. Dahmer had developed a masterful technique for murder, where he would pick up a partner at local gay bars, bring them back to his grandmother’s apartment, and then proceed to assault and murder his victims, often in sexually perverse ways. One of the survivors of these attacks, recalls that he saw a mattress stained with dried blood and a knife with a blue plastic handle, which immediately let him know that something was wrong (Mathews and Stevens, 44).

He also continued to have sexual conduct with the corpses, photographed the dismemberment process and kept the body remains or part as a Souvenirs. According to sources, Jeffrey has an organized way of selecting his victims (McEvoy C., (2023). He aimed at weakest people in the society such as prostitutes and borderline criminals, whose disappearance would be less noticeable. After several arrest and discharged, he later arrested and charged with fifteen murder counts including other cruel criminal activities. Jeffrey Dahmer As one of the most notorious serial killers in US history, Jeffrey Dahmer was a very sick and delusional individual who lived out his fantasies on his prey. Before he went on trial, he had pleaded guilty but insane. (I carried it 1). Dahmer had told police that he wanted a sex slave which was completely compliant, and zombie-like so they could not leave him.

(Jenkins, 2023). Dahmer’s parents, Lionel and Joyce, and his brother David Dahmer lived in Wisconsin until they moved to Ohio in 1968. His parents had a troubled marriage. According to Lionel, “Joyce was far from an ideal mother. She was on prescription drugs while pregnant with Jeffrey, and was mentally unstable after she gave birth to him” (Giacomazzo, 2021).

He began showing little to no interest in hobbies or social interaction around the ages of 10 to 15. Dead animals became an interest of his and he also started drinking heavily during his high school years (“National Museum of Crime and Punishment”). After Dahmer's high school graduation he would set out to kill his first victim. In June of the summer of 1978 Steven Hicks was hitchhiking and was picked up by a man named Jeffrey Dahmer, Little did Hicks know that was going to be the last time he would be seen alive. Dahmer took Hicks home with him to get drunk and have a good time.

There was a vast similarity between each death of Jeffrey Dahmer’s victims. The first two murders, Steven Hicks and Steven Tuomi, were almost ten years apart. He dismembered both bodies, advertently knowing that within 2 ½ months the torture of each man he crossed paths with could potentially become his next victim.

The serial killer that I am doing my report on is Jeffrey Dahmer. Jeffrey was born on May 21, 1960 and he had died on November 28, 1994. Jeffrey was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Jeffrey was actually pretty normal up until the age of four. Jeffrey had to correct a double hernia which had caused a difference in his body and actions.

Jeffrey Dahmer and the Evil Inside When people are asked to explain what the term “evil” means to them, one usually responds to something monstrous, psychotic and morbid. Referring to those descriptions of an evil act/person, Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer seemed to fit the criteria and much more. “Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin” (Biography 1), Jeffrey Dahmer was a man of numerous evil acts. Starting from as little as a short arrest to a mass murder along with cannibalism. This man was one of the major evil moments in life.

Jeffrey Dahmer brutally murdered 17 young men. No one suspected him of such crimes since he was known to be nice and friendly. As a child, he was just like any other kid playful and energetic. Until he had a surgery to fix a double hernia. According to his parents, his behavior changed dramatically.

If they had gone inside, they would have been knocked to their feet with the smell of a decaying body in Dahmers closet, morbid pictures of all his victims, 2 sculls in the frig and other body parts in jars. If they had run a name check, they would have found out that Dahmers was a registered sex offender.
