Hundreds, thousands, and millions of foster children are in need of a safe home. These kids face many difficult challenges daily. Foster kids need motivation. Families congratulating these kids, talking to them, letting them express emotions, opening up, and officially giving these kids time of the day. All families who intend on helping out kids indeed need to be interviewed correctly. Case workers are workers for these foster children in need of help, and these workers should be educated enough to help children like foster kids. Case managers need classes just like foster parents do. Anybody dealing with foster children need the correct training and organization to at least help a foster kid out. These case managers have the responsibility of many things and need to be prepared for that. Foster kids can always get difficult to deal with, and hard to help out but this is why case managers need to be ready for these situations, and be patient. In my opinion, the Foster Care System needs a lot of work, however, the quality of care depending on who the case of a social worker and the Foster parents is for the child. Your provider 's who truly care about the child and really want to make a difference. Then there are those providers who simply do it as a business and for the money.
