Skills Skill is the ability to do something well so if you can do something well for example communication then you have a skill to communicate. Everyone can identify their own skills by trying different activities and if they can do it well, then they have skill. These are the skills that nursery practitioners must have: communication skills, flexibility, creativity, independence, integrity, confidence, multi-tasking, teaching skills, training skills, responsibility, respect, drive, language and team work. Knowledge Knowledge means understanding of something or getting information about a subject that you get by experience or study, known either by one person or by people

Hi Bailee, I agree with you that we need to change the way we teach because technologies got more advanced and it would be helpful if we ultilize it in our teaching routine. Technologies can also help students be more engage in the classroom instead of listening to boring lecture. This will help entertain students while improve education.

As noted above the moral skills consist of kindness, care, and ethics which are perfect examples of moral skills. These are great skills because each of them are qualities of good people. In today’s society, there are a number of people that have lost their way and are simply mean people. They show no signs of kindness, care, or empathy and instead show anger, hate, and pessimism. Of the three skills that I agree with the most are kindness and care.

Expertise is important in the sense that it allows individuals to establish themselves in the society. Not only does expertise help people make a living, but also allow people to make achievement and earn respect. In the articles, the three authors share their insights on the path to gain expertise and the pitfalls to avoid. One point that all three authors agree upon is that expertise is the specialized knowledge or skill acquired through lots of training and practices.

It lets me to understand how my skills separate to three leadership skill approaches. According to our textbook, although all of three skills are important to leaders, the importance of each skill varies between different management levels.
