Children today are different from the previous generation because they indulge their time to technology devices. The excitement of playing a new game system makes a kid not want to stop playing. The adrenaline and energy of every child who loves to spend time with their devices are unstoppable. Most children who have poor sleep cycle probably binge-watch their favorite TV show before bedtime. Bing watching becomes a habit after a while and it could start to affect a child daily routine. Those children with poor sleep cycle are most likely to suffer from childhood obesity. Obesity is not only caused by sugar and calorie intake but how the body process different chemicals. Children are supposed to have at least 8 hours of sleep every night if their body is not rested it won 't function well.
