The Chicano rights movement was made for those who didn't have a voice and to help those in need, but also to have equal rights in the Latino community. reason the Chicano rights movement started was for farm workers getting the pay they deserve. The other issue was Land rights for those farm worker because they were getting land they worked for taken away from them, So they saw that as something that wasn’t right.
