Trumpanomics: A Rhetorical Analysis

Today, after going through the information revolution, the United States are planning or framing up ‘New World Order’ that is based on the three points that one is the military power which centered nuclear weapons in it, and second is holding dollars as a key currency, and also third is the occupation of English language as a computer language and common words. E.W. Said just commented about this point in his book ‘Culture and imperialism’ that after the Cold War it seems that in the ‘New World Order’ suggested by the United States government, with self-admiration, a victory declaration for show and a sense of responsibility exaggerated, most of rhetoric were preoccupied by a person’s words of Conrad described.

Carter made it a personal goal to begin an international campaign to bring awareness toward human rights. He believed that communism had negatively impacted the lives of those living under an anti-democratic regime. Yet, an unforeseen issue arose due to the rhetoric of the Carter Administration. While Carter denounced a number of nations who either supported communism or were led by dictators, the United States relied upon several of these states as allies against the larger Cold War battles.

Landing the position of Secretary of Education, DeVos has focused on a single plan to improve education in America. Her plan ties largely into her opinions on school-related topics. She is a major advocate for school of choice. She is also a large supporter of private schools and charter schools. As part of her plan, she thinks that parents should be able to receive vouchers from public funds in order to allow their children to attend the school of their choice.

On February 7th, 2023 President Joe Biden fulfilled his constitutional duty in his State of the Union Address after the selection of Kevin McCarthy as the new Speaker of the House. Confronting the nation's most critical issues from foreign policy with Ukraine to gun reform President Biden addresses the members of Congress to come together and unite the US in an effort to rebuild the economy.

Dear Prof. Ulibarri, As I was sitting in the library writing this paper, I was glad that we had gone so in depth into all the rhetorical strategies in class. I started by memorizing what each rhetorical strategy was and how it was used to persuade the reader I then looked up examples of each one so it would be easier for me to locate them in the text of Freakonomics. I then re-read the chapter I chose and highlighted the rhetorical strategies I found. From there I found quotes in the text to back it up and identified how the authors, Levitt and Dubner used them to persuade readers. After that I took a look at the index of templates in They Say I Say to choose which templates I would use to begin the sentences of every beginning paragraph

So what is the moral of the story with regard to presidential and congressional elections? Well we just need to fix what information is more widely available. Of course you can tell that there is tones of information on the current presidential candidates. There is so much of this info that lately its just been silly and childish information. Maybe if they covered Congressional election and Presidential election the same then maybe there would be all this silly useless information out there about these presidential candidates.

When I came to office in 1932, it was a time of depression, economically and mentally. David Brooks, a personal opinion columnist, proposes his view toward progressive taxes. In his interest, he provides this allusion to a most prominent statue outside the Federal Trade Commission. Brooks metaphorically compares the stone horse to capitalism, while the man atop the animal, the government, is reigning in the power. In providing imagery toward the modern economic situations, Brooks encapsulates the interactions among the different social classes and the government.

In my paper, I will analyse Donald Trump’s political activities before and after the election to get an objective viewpoint of America’s President. We’ll start off with the history of Trump, both personal and political, to see whether there was some sort of significant development over the years indicating a tendency towards ‘good or evil’. Next, we will take a look at what Donald Trump promised to do – the wall, lowering taxes and repealing Obamacare to name a few – and evaluate if he managed to keep his election pledges. This success rate is a major factor in definitively assessing Trump’s influence on America.

On 19th June 2013 Barack Obama, who is the current president of America, held a speech in front of the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. It brought thousands of people there and millions around the world in front of the televisions. Its purpose is to inform the world about the beginning of negotiations with Russia aimed at ending the two nations` Cold War military posture and a reduction of nuclear arms by up to one third. The former First Lady, Michelle Obama showed her support for the Democratic presidential candidate by giving an emotional speech on Clinton’s campaign rally.

Barack Obama’s win for President in 2009 was a historical moment for the United States. His inaugural speech was much anticipated, because this was going to set the tone for his presidency. His speech told the American people that improving the economy is one of his priorities, but there were also other areas he would like to improve like healthcare and the education system. This was a speech that was meant to persuade the American public to take action for them to rise as a nation again, and for them to put their trust into him. His message addressed a couple of specific points like his gratefulness to the American people, the different crises America is facing, how America will overcome these crises, replying to his cynics, addressing the world, and then he reminded America again to be brave like they’ve always been to overcome the hard times (5 Speechwriting Lessons from Obama's Inaugural Speech, (n.d.).
