Artificial Intelligence (Pros and cons)
“Human resources are like natural resources; they 're often buried deep. You have to go looking for them, they 're not just lying around on the surface. You have to create the circumstances where they show themselves.”
― Ken Robinson
With the ever changing landscape of technology, one has to place oneself in the frontier of the advancements of our times; especially in advancements belonging to the field of Artificial Intelligence. The perks of being tech-savvy are innumerable. In the times where AI and Machine Learning are seeping into every nook and cranny of the world, it is high time we realize and leverage it for augmented results in the realm of Human Resource Management. Continual

We conduct regular surveys using tools like Survey Monkey / Google Forms on various aspects to know how comfortable our Associates are with reference to their work place, processes etc., and make sure that we provide an ideal work atmosphere which drives performance... We make sure that none of the Associates achievements are un noticed and performing associates are well recognized, awarded and rewarded at equal intervals and do their branding internally as well as externally for them to feel sense of recognition and pride.
One of the key objectives of the HRD is to ensure improvise learning curve of Associates and by using various learning platforms, this can be managed in an efficient and effective manner with the help of technology, for example archiving of training materials and made them available to Associates will help reducing time, effort and money especially training in routine job functions.
Effective communication channel should be deployed for better connect among Associates and Human Resource function. Make process simple and give value to voice of Associates, to quote example , we have established three forms in our intranet portal Viz.,e-suggestion, e-grievance, e-innovation wherein employs can post their suggestions, grievance or innovative ideas and we act swiftly for every response which automatically creates sense of value in sub conscious mind of
This paper analyzes the role Major General William S. Rosecrans plays in the Army of the Cumberland’s defeat at the Battle of Chickamauga. Specifically, analysis shows how Rosecrans fails to drive the operations process of his Army through four of the six commander’s activities: understand, describe, direct, and assess. Over the course of the three-day battle period Rosecrans fell short in multiple instances to employ mission command. As a result, the Army of the Cumberland loses a costly battle to the Confederate Army of Tennessee and for no other reason than failure at the highest echelon.
“I said in my heart that, rather than have war, I would give up my country. I would give up my father’s grave. I would give up everything rather than have the blood of the white men upon the hands of my people” (Chief Joseph, 1879 Speech to Congress, Line 78-80, P55). In this case, Chief Joseph had several big decisions to make at the time. After his father’s passing his biggest words to him was that he better not backs down and let the white man take the land with our ancestors.
What’s going to happen to all of the unemployed? How much longer will we have these jobs till we’re replaced? Are they doing more harm than good? These are questions that people ask when they think about robots and how technology is advancing. I believe that while there are bad things that happen from robots as a person who is going to school for computer science and technology I believe that these robots can do well, I just think that we shouldn’t let them control everything.
Moreover, it is necessary to recover from the staff’s experience the formal and informal knowledge accumulated by them, so through an innovative design and pedagogical intervention the training can adapt that knowledge to the present context and render it applicable to specific HRBA actions, thus avoiding the transformation of HRBA in an empty discursive
This documentary produced by Australian Broadcasting Corporation, is an analysis of how technology is impacting the labor force, and how artificial intelligence (AI) is going to affect the future of humans. The film is a combination of interviews to specialist in AI, professionals of different work sectors, and students or future generations of that sectors. The result is a very rich combination of different point of views that allow us to understand better the future of AI. Starting from the basis that AI is already here, and his development is unavoidable, the documentary analyzes the AI that we have now, and how this AI can change the works in driving, legal, financial, university lectures, journalism, statistics, and healthcare fields.

The famous entrepreneur Elon Musk once said “Some people don’t like change, but you need to embrace change if the alternate is disaster”. This change is apparent, just 10 years ago no one believed we would have self-driving cars and the ability to experience virtual reality—now look at us, we have both of those and more. One of the most significant new technology is artificial intelligence or machine learning. Machine learning lets machines see patterns in large amounts of data and “learn” from them, which allows them to play chess or even in some cases, imitate humans. Much like others, prior to this summer I always thought A.I was just a hollywood gimmick and would never do anything extraordinary, that is until I went to a programming competition
Prominent people these days have expressed concerns over the danger of artificial intelligence when it further developed in the future. Elon Musk even said that it is far more dangerous than nuclear weapons (Clifford, 2018).
I. OVERVIEW Google’s human resource management involves different strategies to address the workforce needs of this diversified business organization. This diversification imposes significant challenges to human resource managers of the company. Nonetheless, there are certain HRM approaches that are generally applied to different areas of Google. For instance, in human resource planning, Google’s HR managers focus on the effective use of forecast information to minimize the surplus or shortage of employees, and to establish a balance between the supply and demand for qualified employees.
INTRODUCTION Human resource management is the strategic approach to the management of an organization 's most valued assets - the people working there who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the goals of the business (Armstrong, M., 2006). In other words, human resource management is a to work with employees, and for the employees, to help them solve their problems. Therefore, human resource is a complicate department, as they deal with people who already work there, they also deal with several issues which happen among new employees, such as recruitment, selection and so on. Nowadays, employee retention becomes one of the most significant issue in the organizations, and managers are aiming to find the best employees
Artificial Intelligence and its effect on the workforce Artificial intelligence(AI) is a recent reality of technological advancement affecting human society. To analyze its effect on the workforce we will look back in history for technological disruptions and how they affected the workforce and compare and contrast to the way AI is currently impacting and will continue impacting the human workforce and other aspects of human society such as economics, politics and the general environment. History Throughout history technological advancement has affected human society in its ways of living, working and its environment.
Defining intelligence is a very difficult proposition and one which Alan Turing attempted to avoid answering as regards machine intelligence in the Imitation Game which has become known as the Turing Test (Turing, 1950). He posed the question “Can machines think?” which is he developed to ask if machines are able to converse in a way that can persuade humans they too are human. A machine is declared to have passed the test if human judges are unable to tell the difference between a human and a computer through a typed conversation. He suggested that a machine that persuades 70 per cent of human judges after five minutes of conversation should be deemed to have passed the test.
Artificial Intelligence is the field within computer science to explain some aspects of the human thinking. It includes aspects of intelligence to interact with the environment through sensory means and the ability to make decisions in unforeseen circumstances without human intervention. The beginnings of modern AI can be traced to classical philosophers' attempts to describe human thinking as a symbolic system. MIT cognitive scientist Marvin Minsky and others who attended the conference
Many jobs have become easier by being replaced by robots. Robot are not just the idea of talking mechanical parts as we see in futuristic movies. There are a variety of different types of robotic machines, great majority of them appear in factories and in science technology work fields. Robots in factories help replace a dangerous parts of a job. However, there have been different perspective with robots replacing jobs.
I do not believe the field has been developed to its potential in any regard, and feel that considerable progress can be made to improve the interactive experience that users have with an artificial intelligence application. This genuine intrigue combined with my curiosity for the subject matter and the limitless potential of the field are the reason why I wish to pursue a greater depth of knowledge in artificial
