In the ten years I hope I am not sick of the sea and and still be as exited as I am today in exploring the opportunities that I can seek out to be successful in the field. What I look forward to in college education at the academy learning how everything works on the ship and learning about navigation, marine life, cargo handling skills and etc. The Marine Transportation program at the USMMA is a combination of nautical science and maritime business management. Going into my senior year of high school, I was forced to make some fairly large decisions about my future, as were most teens my age. Before making the decision to attend California University of Pennsylvania, I was looking into what career was best for me, and what I wanted to achieve in my educational career. This was a lengthy and difficult process, but in the end, it led me to the path I am traveling today as a student at California University of Pennsylvania. When it came to deciding what I wanted to major in, I was very unsure.
My dream to go to Alaska came true when I received an enlisted assignment to Eielson AFB in 2008. It was at Eielson I decided to apply for a commissioning program and since I was in no way ready to leave Alaska just yet I decided to stay and go to UAA regardless of the fact I could have applied to any school in the nation. 2. What was your degree? I obtained a bachelors of science in biological sciences.
The Naval Act of 1794 established the rank of Midshipman in the United States Navy. Although they had trivial responsibilities, their main focus was to train and become a Naval Officer. These were typically young men from the age of 14-22, but many younger than that served as an officer’s servant or volunteer. The main difference between these Midshipmen and those in modern times is that they were trained
Moreover, I have attempted to live my life in the same manner. At an early age, I learned the importance of academic excellence, integrity, leadership, and community service. My goals here at Alcorn include a BS in Elementary Education. I believe that this will help me give back to my community, improve my school district and become a better, well-rounded
This is important because this university is a historically black school. There will be more opportunities for the kids at this school to get involved in the Coast Guard. The school has said it will set up more “student opportunities” related to the Coast Guard. Coast Guard officials also plan to have a bigger presence at the university by attending graduations and other similar activities. The Coast Guard also admits advertising may be another reason minorities are under represented in their ranks.
Moreover, I hope to find other organizations and opportunities to serve others, either on or off campus, that will make others' lives better, possibly even becoming involved in initiatives run by the local school system, since I hope to be heavily involved in at least one of the local schools as I
Finally, I will discuss the considerations when considering joining. E. (Transition: So, let’s look at the U.S. Navy Corpsman). II. According to Wikipedia, The U.S. Navy Corpsman is an
For instance, I am potentially interested in pursuing political science as my major. My high school does not offer the wide assortment of classes offered at The Ohio State University. In conclusion, although there were potential difficulties in participating in the Academy, the downsides are negligible in comparison to the sheer value of this opportunity, monetarily and
To live, study and work with students like me from all across Arkansas, would not only be an honor but an extraordinary and challenging experience for my mental capabilities. Attending ASMSA would be a great opportunity to thoroughly express my hard work ethic and dedication. With my persistence, I could accomplish anything and everything. I believe that by attending ASMSA, I would better help prepare myself for my future and make extraordinary achievements. My role as part of the ASMSA community would not simply be a student, but rather be an achiever.

George Washington and it's community will provide be with the tools and the opportunity to continue to actualize my capabilities as an academic and as a veteran leader. As I studied which colleges and universities I was planning on applying to, I couldn't help but reflect on the tough decision I made back in 2009 when I was choosing which branch of the military to enlist in. Those sleepless nights, weighing out the pros and cons of each branch. I knew how hard the Marines trained, that never distracted me from them. One thing that I have always known about myself, is that I have a characteristic that separates me from my peers.
Her eyes are drifting from page to page in her book, a world that doesn’t exist-mythology comes to life, prophecies are told, and heroes are born. Though this world only exist in the series of Percy Jackson and the Olympians by Richard “Rick” Riodran. The girl that reads these books is Elizabeth Rodriguez born in Cuba on December 15, 1999, daughter of Reinaldo Rodriguez and Angela Maria Hernandez. Initially, I had a few friends attend the academy and they have all told me that it was challenging, but it was a great experience. However, it was my father who first introduced me the Naval Academy and guided me onto the right path for which
In the military, I can become a marine biologist, but I would have to join the Marine corps. From what I have heard though, the Marines are tougher than the Army and they work with Submarines, which are really to use for studying fish and other ocean creatures. As I got older my brother attended college, be prospered and graduated in four years. He now has a steady job and
