The three careers I chose to examine were IT Security Administrator, Forensics Investigator, and Obstetrician Gynecologist. I chose these careers because I discovered that the employment rates for these jobs are expected to grow at a faster than average 37% from 2012-2022. This is because data security threats are growing and with more digital technology rising, more organizations have become victims of cyber crimes. The other career is what I want to be. Internet Security Administrators, also known as computer security specialists, or Internet security specialists, protect computer systems against attack.

I chose to be an electrician as my future career. I have already achieved my apprentice license and hope to find an apprenticeship program to go ahead and get my journeyman’s and eventually my masters while making good money working for a company. I like the work as an electrician and the pay makes it even better as a career choice. I have been taking classes for this job throughout high school and have done some side jobs on the side involving electricity. The small jobs I have done on my own I have done very well with and really liked doing the work.

What profession do I want to go into after graduation? I want to go to ABC school to get qualified as a pipe fitter/welder combo. I have interest I welding and working on plants an etc. I 'm leaning towards a pipe fitter/welder combo because its in my interest and pays good. That job would allow me to make enough money to where I can pay my bills and provide my family if I have one.

People of today are now considering a surgical technologist’s job as one of the most promising careers in the field of health care. As a matter of fact, the Bureau of Labor Statistics expects the number of surgical technologists to increase 30% by 2022. This leaves behind all the other occupations with their projected 11% growth. As I near high school graduation and reflect on my career-related experiences, I have decided to pursue a career as a union electrician. A union electrician is tasked with Installing and maintain wiring, repairing and/or replacing wiring, following the National Electrical Code, inspecting electrical components for installation, and bending and installing conduit. Union electricians typically work out on a jobsite or inside a prefabrication shop. Union electricians usually work full time monday through friday and overtime is common and includes evenings and weekends. Being a union electrician is appealing to me for many reasons.

The Gilded Age was the period in America between the 1870 through 1900. The term Gilded comes from a book written by Mark Twain. Twain thought of the word Gilded to be described as “glittering on the surface but often corrupt and economically unbalanced underneath”. No other words could be used better to describe the Gilded Age. The rich and the poor were well separated and the government was extremely corrupt.

Occupational Therapy is a health care profession in which we facilitate maximal independence and quality of life throughout the lifespan.
